Fell in love with the Le Lotus Bleu during our summer 2023 visit & we've been meaning to go back! They've made several changes in the past few years, including bringing the noodle chefs to the front & staying open on Tuesdays. The hand pulled noodles here are so good. My partner & I got the small bowls (braised beef & lamb noodle soups), but the portions are HUGE. Highly recommend going for noodle style 6 (thickest, more chewy) or 4. We also got the pork & cabbage dumplings, which are super juicy. This meal was very filling; we could've done without the dumplings, but they're too good to pass up. Service was ok since only one person was handling most FOH procedures. Atmosphere was also fine. It was just really warm, even with the multiple fans running (open doors, no AC), but it was to be expected with the pots of noodles cooking in the front. Since everything is so tasty & affordable, we'll try to make a stop every time we visit :)

Very poor service. The owner was unwilling to provide each of us with an individual small plate, & the attitude was very disappointing. Even worse, the noodles we ordered tasted sour & seemed to have gone bad. Overall, it was a terrible dining experience. We definitely won't be coming back.

This place has excellent delicious soup, hand pulled noodles, dumplings & wontons. Don't waste your time lining up next door. I recommend the lamb soup noodles with the house chili sauce.

Went to Le Lotus Bleu for dinner last night, waited about 15 mins to be seated then got the menus instantly but then 45 minutes & still had no come get our order & even waved a waitress down & she said be right over & nodded but still nothing, so we left absolutely disappointed by that

We visited Le Lotus Bleu on our third day in Montreal & instantly regretted not coming sooner! The lamb noodle soup was incredible- the flavor was spot on, the broth was light yet comforting, & the noodles were cooked perfectly.

Honestly, it blows the LanZhou next door completely out of the water (which we visited on our first day here). Plus, the medium bowl came with way more meat than we expected for the price. The roasted chicken was also amazing. Highly recommend both the chicken & the lamb noodles!

My new favorite place!

I just discovered this place & I think I have already been like 4 times in less than a month.
Very sweet hostess, service pretty quick considering plates cooked on site.

I have tasted the shrimp+ porc fried raviolis : sooo good. I use soya sauce, a hit of balsamic vinegar & their spicy sauce. & also the fried imperial rolls: also very good & crispy.

My other guests tasted the small chicken soups : really great portion & hot & quick too.
The space is cozy , however there is enough movement to not have to wait in line.

In walking distance to Metro Champ de Mars.

& the hostess always notices new people coming in & makes sure to seat them or ask them how many people.

I would eat this everyday of I could!

Waited almost an hour for the food & 30 minutes before getting served water. When checking out, the waitress complained about the tip given. I replied that the food came very late & we had to reschedule our next thing. She responded that then you shouldn't have come here. Utterly speechless. Food was ok but the service was lacking by a lot if not considered rude/ disrespectful. Would not go again.
