Review Summary

Le Gourmand is described as a warm, intimate old world spot with a refined menu and consistently strong cooking, where diners praise standout dishes such as duck breast, veal scallopini, seafood like cod in saffron and shrimp, and desserts like profiteroles and creme brulee; oysters and venison receive frequent praise, while a few items such as crab cakes divide opinions. Service is repeatedly called impeccable and attentive, with a welcoming atmosphere, though a handful of visits mention slower service, a lack of greeting at the door, and on the terrace the noise from planes can be a drawback. The space and terrace add charm, but value is debated, with some calling the price point high for the quality and others calling it worth the splurge for a memorable gourmet experience. Reservations are advised as it can be busy, especially on weekends, and overall the reviews suggest a memorable, occasionally flawless evening that may vary by visit but remains a reliable gourmet stop.

Place is nice, authentic French cuisine, easy to find parking around the area. The soup was very salty, other than that, food was good.

Cozy french restaurant, about 10 minute ride from airport hotels. Good onion soup & an outstanding duck, among other dishes. Quick & friendly service, delicious!!! Do reserve a table as it is popular, & for a good reason.

Great location, shady outdoor seating, excellent menu, reasonable price. A go to place for high end french cuisine. Especially desserts!

Had the most wonderful dinner this evening. Food was delicious but most of all the service we received from Michael was amazing. He went above & beyond. Highly recommend. Also try the French onion soup. To die for .

Cute French restaurant . Service was a bit slow in the beginning but got better as the evening progressed. We ordered the soup of the day which was a mushroom bisque & the coconut shrimp . Both were okayish. However the main dish seafood gratin was excellent . We then had the brownie for dessert which was also good .
