GREAT,GREAT , GREAT all around, Miley our waitress was new but very efficient, speed of service was perfect, we got to enjoy our meal without being rushed, the calamari were amazing, i had them in all top restaurants & these are 100% top, the sangria same, had it everywhere but all 5 of us agree it was top notch, the pasta Pescadores, filet minion were great, all meals were hot & served fresh made, don't get me started on the desserts, there are 4 & we order all of them to get a sample from each other, all great but the cheesecake stood out like crazy, got to go back soon to try their pizza for sure, the one man band guy was great & played really well, especially my preferred Italian music, shout out to the owner, the guy has got to be Italian because only an Italian can understand how to serve an Italian in this manner, great food, nice ambience & a good time was had by all on fathers day, that's me. i wrote this review because i needed to share what a rare great experience i had.

Pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The lobster linguine was on for a limited time. I calculated one pound of delicious lobster, had to cut the pieces they were so huge. The service was amazing, our server, Emilie was very busy but took the time for us. Highly recommend this combination for a perfect evening experience. 👍

La pizza 6/10 & le tartare de boeuf 4/10.
Mais ce qui est innaceptable c'est de couper l'alcool avec de l'eau. C'était flagrant pour le rhum épicé. Je suis un amateur de rhum & de scotch depuis très longtemps & il ne faudrait surtout pas me prendre pour un zouf.

Nous étions un groupe dans la salle en bas. Service très bien mais la nourriture était décevante. Tortellenni à la Gigi. Très petite portion & presque pas de sauce. C'était sec. & le poulet était gras & pas assez cuit. L'ambiance à l'étage était correcte
Très belle expérience au restaurant Le Four Saint-Eustache. L'ambiance est agréable, le service est bon & la nourriture est excellente.
Un point qui ressort particulièrement est le magnifique four à pizza intégré au mur. Il apporte beaucoup de charme au restaurant & donne une touche authentique à l'endroit. Les pizzas sont délicieuses & on sent la qualité des ingrédients.
Je recommande sans hésitation à tous ceux qui cherchent un bon restaurant à Saint-Eustache.
