First of all, we could only sit at the bar, & the staff was very rude. My boyfriend tipped 30% on the first drinks, but later I ordered two more expensive drinks & didn't feel like tipping again.
While I was paying, the waiter was watching the card machine & then looked at me & said:'If next time you don't tip, I'm not serving you anymore. This is Montreal & you're obligated to tip.'
I felt extremely embarrassed & harassed by the way he spoke to me. He clearly noticed I wasn't from Montreal & tried to take advantage of that. Such a shame.
Anyway, it was my last drink there. Never coming back again.
If you still decide to go, avoid being served by the shortest bartender in the room.
L'ambiance est bonne & les boissons sont relativement peu chères. Cela dit, le son du karaoké était coupé complètement la soirée que je suis venue, donc nous n'avons rien entendu des personnes qui chantaient. & celles qui chantaient ne pouvaient pas s'entendre sur scène parce qu'il n'y a pas de monitor (retour de son), donc elles fausseront toujours... De plus, les employés sont parfois complètement souls & peu professionnels (air bête, oubli de commande, lenteur). Une barmaid m'a très mal parlé & semblait agressive & obsédée par le pourboire. Ça ne semble pas être un cas isolé... Ça semble être une clique peu inclusive...
It takes a long time to get a song since there's a lot of people which isn't anyone's fault. The crowd is full of lively & nice people. Unfortunately two of the staff members made it seem like they didn't want to be there. Other than that it was a nice night & I'd love to go again

Très déçue de l'ordre & choix des chansons. Nous sommes arrivés à 21h & nous avons eu une chanson à 00h40 seulement.
Nous sommes allés voir plusieurs fois la DJ pour lui demander quand ce serait notre chanson, on s'est fait répondre très froidement qu'elle ne connaît pas l'ordre alors que des personnes'habituées' ont passé 3 à 4 fois chacunes… à croire que les habitués ont un passe droit & l'accès à la scène en tout temps. Très ordinaire, je déconseille si vous voulez chanter & passer un bon moment, réservez ailleurs!
GREAT FRIENDLY ENERGY! We popped in for a drink & a couple of songs while visiting Montreal. Friendly attentive staff & the karaoke host got us into rotation right away. It's a super friendly crowd (mixed demographic) that are supportive of all singers. I would definitely return when in town again.
AMAZING karaoke bar in Montreals fabulous LGBTQ neighborhood. This bar is so lively, came here on a Saturday night, it was packed by around midnight. Drinks were good, service was good. The patrons singing were great; such a fun energy in this place! Highly suggest coming here!
Awesome place to dance & drink with your friends on a Friday or Saturday night, some other nights of the week is also pretty good. It can take a while for you to sing though on a busy night
Really fun my friends & I went here on a random night it was so so fun the musics were so good & loved being able to recommend songs is cool too loved our experience there
Last time as in last night, we had a great time at this place but tonight the DJ just couldn't get it together. She put long pauses in between songs & just really didn't seem into the vibes. It was an odd thing to witness. I'm not sure why this was this way but for a place that usually treats us well this was a shitty one. Would you like to change anything?
J'ai été très déçu de mon expérience au karaoké lors de ma dernière visite. J'ai fait une demande de chanson auprès de la DJ de façon polie, & on m'a répondu sèchement de faire la requête en ligne, avec une attitude froide & peu professionnelle. Aucun sourire, aucun effort de service je me suis senti mal reçu.
Je comprends qu'il peut y avoir des procédures, mais la façon de s'adresser aux clients fait toute la différence, surtout dans un lieu censé être convivial. L'ambiance en a été affectée pour moi.
Je ne sais pas si c'était une nouvelle DJ, mais l'expérience était assez désagréable pour que je ne souhaite pas revenir tant que ce service ne s'améliore pas.
