Cantine sympathique si vous voulez manger sur la terrasse, sinon, minuscule mignon resto au 2e étage. Nourriture excellente, nous étions 4 & avons partagés plusieurs plats, environ 6, puis des desserts. Les cocktails/mocktails originaux & délicieux. Tout simple mais efficace pour prendre une bouchée rapide ou passer un bon moment avec les copines.Voir plus

Montreal foodie vibe right here. An old Montréal ice cream shop converted into a asian fusion place.'Pressed' Sushi, Sushi hotdogs & tartare & super funny mocktails & cocktails. Top 3 in Montreal in terms of freshness of the ingredients & menu originality. We have tried every single item on the menu (group of 4) everything was simply perfect. Make sure to try the Maneki Dogs & the cocktails/mocktails. Simply exceptional. Kudos to the kitchen & restaurant staff, amazing food & amazing service. My new favorite in town! A++++Voir plus

Absolutely loved this place. Very nice atmosphere & enjoyed the speakeasy ambiance. My highlight were the Maneki dogs. However, I thought there was too much rice in comparison to the fish in the pressed sushi & was let down by the matcha tiramisu that didn't taste fresh but rather cold & hard. My boyfriend & I are very happy with our lunch here! We tried four out of the five sushis options (we left the spiciest one for another day, haha) & all four had very distinct flavors. We really enjoyed all of them. We tried the Toad & the Pig mocktails. They were delicious but a little too sweet for us, but that's 100% on us - we should've asked the waitress before ordering. We were very grateful upon arriving to find out they have a second floor to hide away from the cold outside & we were both impressed by the atmosphere - it feels like a hidden speakeasy! There are few seats, however, so while we were fortunate to be seated without a reservation, I would not leave it up to chance again. Great service, our waitress was so friendly & attentive. We definitely recommend giving Château Maneki a try!Voir plus

Wow, what an amazing experience. As soon as you walk up to order you are greeted by the nicest people ever! The food was absolutely amazing. Everything is fresh & extremely flavourful. The drinks were 10/10, the toad ally awesome mocktail was to die for. Will definitely be coming back!!Voir plus

The staff is so lovely & the food really is very flavourful but on the expensive side for the portion sizes. They don't offer any vegetarian options on the menu but very kindly made adjustments to accommodate & prepare something vegetarian friendly for me. The mocktails are amazing though - we tried four of them & every single one was a hit! Looking forward to coming back when the menu is expanded!Voir plus

We went on a Friday at lunch time in october. It was a pretty cold day. We first thought that we could eat inside, but the location only had an outside terrace with a wooden fence. They had heating gear & covers for clients, but we couldn't go to the inner tables since we had a stroller for our baby & the front table blocked the way. Instead, we went on the other side with benches. There was no heating gear, but luckily there was sunlight coming out. The food was really tasty but pricy for the quantity. We ordered Unagi Donburi (more rice than eel, but the mix with the avocado was really good), tuna pressed sushi (the wasabi sauce & peas really gave a good texture to the pressed sushi, not enough tuna) & yuzu mocktail (more ice than drink, but good combination) as a drink.Voir plus

I had an amazing dining experience at Château Maneki! The restaurant's unique pink castle setting instantly caught my attention, & their pressed sushi is simply delicious. I tried the 📌Tartare de Thon, 📌Maneki Classic, & 📌Unagi Kabayaki, & each dish was beautifully presented & packed with flavor. The balance of textures & tastes is perfect. I also ordered the 📌Rose Poison mocktail, which was refreshing & a perfect complement to the meal. If you are a sushi lover or just looking for a new, fun, creative spot to dine, Château Maneki is a good choice :)Voir plus

Le Château Maneki is straight-up iconic! You have to go. It's in this super aesthetic pink & blue castle, & the vibe is just unreal. The staff is beyond nice, like they make you feel like you belong there. I tried all of their torched sushis & OMG, the Sake Truffle?! Literally blew my mind. The salmon just melts, & the truffle is pure magic. The mocktails? Fire. & the patio? Total vibe !! perfect for chilling with friends. Sushi in a Pink Castle?! Yes, please! We showed on opening day to dine like colorful royalty. Apparently, we weren't the only ones, as long lines soon formed (but we beat that by going at noon 😅). We enjoyed some excellent flambéed oshizushi (pressed sushi) in the sun on their terrasse, jalapeno salmon donburi, & a delicious mocktail (alcohol license coming soon) in the cutest toad-shaped cup. They also have a rotating flavor of ice cream, & we're glad to see it still being served from that building. For now, they offer takeout or outdoor dining, but there are plans for a dining room on the second floor come winter, which we will be sure to visit again!Voir plus

This is a spot you MUST TRY. Yes they have ice cream yay! The flavor changes regularly. Very good sushis flambées, which makes Le Chateau Maneki stands out from the other sushi spots in the area. They also have a small terrace & a parking lot. It's a cool & relaxed vibe. Super friendly staffs as well!oved my time there.
