Catherine is always so friendly ! Even after no going for at least 1 year she remembered us like it was last week. She takes time to explain very well the specials & knows just when to come back for the order.
Stephane is a great chef ! Already 4 years since he went from employee to owner & we are very happy he is doing so well. The quality of the food, the mix of flavours… just absolutely perfect & sublime !!!

Excellent souper hier soir avec ma conjointe au Charleville. Nous avons mangé du cerf, foie gras, tartare de boeuf, tout était exquis. Nous avons été servis par Alexandre & Catherine qui se partageaient la terrasse & faisaient un fort bon travail, de façon efficace & attentionnée. Parlant de la terrasse, nous avons eu un peu peur quand nous avons vu la météo (10 degrés avec de la pluie) mais ce n'était pas justifiée. La tarasse est totalement couverte, avec des toiles sur les côtés & du chauffage au gaz, on n'a pas eu froid du tout. La seule ombre au tableau, Alexandre parlait un peu fort lorsqu'il s'adressait aux clients, au point où ma conjointe & moi mettions notre conversation sur pause le temps qu'il termine. Rien de bien grave. Sa bonne humeur & son attention compensent ce petit détail.
While I would not consider us foodies we do really enjoy a good, well constructed & executed meal. Le Charleville delivers!
With a menu that changes based on what is in season you are guaranteed to enjoy delicious fresh food. The four course meal is 100% worth the price & the trip. We sat on the terrace & while it was raining outside we were covered & toasty warm within the bounds of the covered space.
Very excited to have found an excellent date night option so close to home. Looking forward to our next visit!
The service & the food are always amazing , but the Foie Gras & the veal flank stole the show ! Truly a fantastic experience , & the fact that it is BYOW just adds to the phenomenal experience.

Repas excellent. Portion parfaite. Ingrédients de haute qualité & pas trop communs, mais appréciés à cause de la différence. Bonne qualité de légumes. Fraîcheur dans l'assiette.
Première fois & non la dernière. Excellent sur toute la ligne. Que ce soit les plats ou le service, tout était parfait! Le cadre un peu vieillot apporte une petite touche cosy.
Hâte d'y retourner!
