Un autre excellent repas au Charleville, servi avec humour & attention par Alexandre. Nous étions 5 & tout le monde a choisi des plats différents, tous ont été comblés, c'était vraiment un délice pour les yeux & pour nos papilles. En entrée j'ai pris un tartare de saumon, assaisonné parfaitement, tellement frais. Le granité était au gin & baies rouges, vraiment goûteux & rafraîchissant. Mon plat principal était un médaillon de cerf avec foie gras poêlé, énorme portion, cuisson parfaite, délicieux. & une crème brûlée pour couronner le tout. Le chef Stéphane Boudreau est fantastique! On est toujours super satisfaits de ses créations. & l'ambiance sur la superbe terrasse est très agréable.

Another amazing meal by chef Stéphane! This place is truly outstanding, there's nothing like this anywhere in the West-Island. We ate out on the terrasse, perfect despite the thunderstorms. Salmon tartare & deer medallion with foie gras for me, braised beef gnocchi & magret of duck for hubby. Crème brûlée for dessert. Everything was delicious, & the service by Alexandre was fantastic. Catherine is always so friendly ! Even after no going for at least 1 year she remembered us like it was last week. She takes time to explain very well the specials & knows just when to come back for the order.
Stephane is a great chef ! Already 4 years since he went from employee to owner & we are very happy he is doing so well. The quality of the food, the mix of flavours… just absolutely perfect & sublime !!!

One of the best restaurants in the area. Bonus is it's a BYOB. Service is top notch A-1. Food is divine . The filet mignon is to die for. Everything that Chef Stephane makes is culinary perfection. Catherine leads her wait staff with the highest of customer service. It is recommended to make reservations especially on Friday & Saturday & during special holidays make them well in advance not to be disappointed as they are often booked with a full house as many now know this hidden jewel.View more

I can't express how incredibly delicious the gourmet menu is at Le Charleville restaurant ! If I could lick my plate I would . A quaint little restaurant with amazing staff & a 5 Star Chef that creates a cuisine that leaves your pallet wanting more⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ !

My partner & I have been here twice & loved both experiences. They change the menu every few months & the chef uses local ingredients in the dishes which are fresh & delicious. I love that it's a bring your own wine too. Additionally, the staff is so kind & professional. We've left this resto very happy :)View more
