Had dinner here last night. The food & service were amazing! Top notch sauces & beautifully cooked beef filet! The whole experience was absolutely lovely! Highly recommended!

Our favorite restaurant! My boyfriend & I go every menu. The food & atmosphere is fantastic. We love the staff & always have a great time. If you guys haven't tried this restaurant, you are truly missing out on a gem. Cannot recommend Le Charleville enough!

Nous étions un groupe d'environ 30 personnes & tout a été absolument parfait. L'organisation était impeccable, les plats délicieux & l'ambiance chaleureuse. Mais ce qui nous a le plus impressionnés, c'est le personnel : d'une gentillesse incroyable, attentif, efficace & toujours souriant.
L'équipe a même préparé des plats spéciaux pour plusieurs personnes ayant des demandes alimentaires particulières, & tout a été fait avec soin & sans aucune hésitation. Leur flexibilité & leur professionnalisme ont vraiment fait toute la différence.
Le service a été fluide, personnalisé & incroyablement bien coordonné malgré la taille de notre groupe. C'est rare de voir une équipe aussi dévouée & passionnée.
Un immense merci pour cette expérience mémorable. Nous recommandons ce restaurant sans la moindre hésitation & nous reviendrons certainement !
Quand on va au Charleville on passe toujours une merveilleuse soirée. La nourriture est excellente & le service est exceptionnel. Je le recommande à tous.

My wife & I enjoyed the amazing duck special & filet mignon with our bottle of wine. Excellent service but a little loud in the dining area. Highly recommend.
Wow merci mille fois à Catherine & Ann - Sophie pour leurs excellent service & merci aussi au cuisinier un des meilleurs souper au restaurant ever de toute ma vie le filet mignon & la queue d homard fondait dans la bouche toute étais vraiment solide !!! Je recommande fortement & je vais y retourner ça c est certain 🤩
Excellent repas, on était 6 personnes & on a tous adoré notre entrée, repas principal, trou Normand, & dessert, service Excellent également, on a tous mangé en même temps, je recommande !! On va revenir c'est certain!!
This place is BYOB, so don't forget to bring your own drinks. When you order a main dish, it comes with an appetizer & dessert, which makes it a great value. I really enjoyed the food & the overall atmosphere was lovely. If the weather is nice, I definitely recommend sitting on the patio-it's a great spot to relax & enjoy your meal.

Absolutely Outstanding - A Memorable Experience!
We visited Le Charleville to celebrate a special birthday, & it was an unforgettable evening from start to finish. The ambiance is quaint & cozy, creating the perfect setting for a meaningful gathering.
The service was exceptional-Catherine took amazing care of us with warmth & professionalism.
We enjoyed a delicious four-course meal, & every dish was a masterpiece. I started with the mushroom ravioli, followed by a refreshing palate cleanser made with strawberry, lemon, & gin. The main course-lamb shank-was perfectly cooked & rich with flavor, & the white chocolate crème brûlée was the perfect sweet finish. Every bite was a wow moment-bursting with flavor & beautifully presented.
The use of fresh, local ingredients from Quebec & Canada really shines through in every dish. This was, without a doubt, one of the best meals I've had at a restaurant in a long time.

It was our 19th wedding anniversary & everything was perfect, beyond perfect! The waiter was extremely friendly & helpful, & the atmosphere was just so beautiful & quaint! & the food, the food, no words! Everything prepared beyond expectations & the presentation was high end! We will certainly be coming back & bringing friends! Can't wait to sit on the terrasse!
I have a trout tartare as an appetizer & I've never had anything like that before, highly recommended!

Friendly staff in a cozy atmosphere, each dish was so flavourful, I loved the attention to detail. Would definitely recommend going & has now become our new on repeat restaurant!
One of the best restaurants in the area. Bonus is it's a BYOB. Service is top notch A-1. Food is divine . The filet mignon is to die for. Everything that Chef Stephane makes is culinary perfection. Catherine leads her wait staff with the highest of customer service. It is recommended to make reservations especially on Friday & Saturday & during special holidays make them well in advance not to be disappointed as they are often booked with a full house as many now know this hidden jewel.
Très bon restaurant avec un excellent service de la part des serveurs & serveuses je recommande à 100% à chacune desfois ou j'y ai été c'était excellent deplus leur menu change à chaque 2 mois
