Earlier in the evening, the music was played really loudly; it was difficult to hear each other. However, the live music playing was really great.
We were placed near the door which made it a bit chilly.
Otherwise, the food was delicious & satisfying. The portions were generous & the food in itself very tasty. The drinks were strong as well, which is a plus. The venue is nice & spacious.
Je donnerais 5 étoiles au service, mais 3 seulement pour le hamburger... & 4 étoiles pour tout le reste qui était très bon, entrée, drinks & accompagnement
The staff & atmosphere was really cool. The drinks were really good but the food was a little bland. Live music was a nice touch but it was way too loud, it was almost impossible to talk to each other.
Première expérience pour moi au Baltazar & je n'ai pas été déçue! Nourriture excellente, drink excellent, service impeccable, la grande terrasse était super agréable & c'est certain que j'y retournerai!
Très bon service, super bon. Par contre ce fût un peu long entre le drink & l'occasion de pouvoir commander une entrée. La raison de mon 4/5. Sinon j'adore la terrasse, la nourriture, le staff, la sélection disponible de bières, & ainsi la bonne compagnie que j'ai eu.

Les drinks & repas étaient bons, le service lui par contre laisse à désirer. Beaucoup de clients.es ne portaient pas le masque lors d'une visite à la salle de bain ni à la sortie du restaurant, aucun avertissement de la part du personnel.
Malheureusement je ne suis pas convaincue d'y retourner mais j'ai quand même passé une belle soirée en compagnie de mes fils.

On était 8 pour souligner un anniversaire samedi 3 juillet 19h. La musique était vraiment trop forte (impossible de parler sans crier). Nous avons tous commandé un petit drink dès notre arrivé. Pas le temps de finir le drink que les entrées arrivent. À peine le temps de finir les entrées que les plats arrivent alors que 4 personnes avaient quitté la table. On a reçu nos assiettes & on avait même pas eu le temps de commander nos vins. On fini par commander le vin, ça arrive vers la fin du repas. Les calmars étaient délicieux, burgers & frites correct. Les tartares: non. Malgré la petite portion je n'ai pas vidé mon assiette. Sans goût, croûton mou & aucun assaisonnement. Je vous répète ce que j'ai dis à mes amis: «dans tous les tartares que j'ai mangé, c'est vraiment les moins bons». TRÈS dispendieux pour la qualité. Je suis sorti déçue avec une impression d'avoir gaspillé 300$ à la mauvaise place. Dommage car l'endroit est bien, belle terrasse & super beau choix de bières. Mais c'est un gros NON pour un repas.
We've been coming here many times never a complaint! Food & drinks & service is friendly & efficient!
However since reopening Friday May 28 after pandemic measures we went there today. Service was extremely slow & long, they didn't have what we initially ordered. Food was mediocre. Overpriced food was very expensive. When the bill came we were shocked to be charged for burgers & over done French fries.

The food was good but the experience was not unfortunately. The music was too loud given the fact that due to COVID the waitress was wearing a visor & a mask making extremely hard to hear what she was saying. On top of it, We get that COVID has changed the whole restaurant scene but it is not an excuse for bad service. Our waitress must of forgotten us at least 3 times. We ordered our drinks & they arrived close to 1 hr later. Which we had to try & find out waitress to try & place our order. Our Reservation was at 7 & we only ate at 9 pm. Again we had to big her for the bill. When she came she wanted to apologize & in not so many words didn't want her lack of service to effect her tip. After we paid she even made a point to say next time, I'll buy you a drink lol.

Food & atmosphere were great. Band was good. Was there once before at New year's & service was great however yesterday the waitress never came to ask if everything was good or if we needed anything & the service was very slow. Took a long time for our meal & sat waiting with empty glasses. My date was only able to get a second drink after we were finally able to call over the waitress. We were there for a good 2.5 hours
Belle ambiance, belle terrasse, bonne nourriture & drinks.. Parcontre, le chansonnier était réellement mauvais...Nous avions tous très hâte qu'il termine!! Ouff une vrai plaie. Serveuse avec attitude désagréable par bout....
