Expérience extrêmement décevante, cuisine du restaurant à éviter à tout prix. En me rendant au restaurant de l'auberge Saint-Gabriel, je m'attendais à manger un bon plat accompagner d'un petit verre avant mon vol. L'auberge Saint-Gabriel est un endroit reconnu & qui est digne d'un certain standing, or c'est tout le contraire que nous retrouvons ici. Pour la première fois de ma vie, j'ai retourner mon plat à la cuisine. Un
macaroni au fromage bleu & pacanes (la burrata n'était déjà plus disponible) un plat qui semble bon & difficile à rater de prime abord… Pâtes molles & cassantes (beaucoup trop cuites), absence totale de fromage dans la sauce farineuse (sauf un petit bout de fromage bleu sur le côté de mon assiette qui me riait au visage).
La gentille serveuse m'a offert de changer de plat, un steak de chou-fleur m'arrive, le sourire sur mes lèvres, un chou fleur trop cuit, accompagné de ses bok choys bouillits (trop longtemps, vous l'aurez deviné), le tout parsemé de pois chiches tout droit sortie de la canne (pas d'assaisonnement), bref je vous passe les détails. Je partage cet avis ici, mais j'ai aussi mentionné tout cela à ma serveuse (son service était impeccable, rien à voir avec la qualité du restaurant). Sans vouloir trop m'en dire & en lisant les commentaires ici, j'en comprend que cela est un problème récurant & clairement connu du management (cela ne risque donc pas de changé d'ici votre prochaine visite malheureusement). J'aurais du regarder les avis Google avant de m'y rendre… ne faites pas la même erreur que moi.
I highly recommend the auberge burger & the brownie for dessert. They were absolutely delicious. Service was great, & food didn't take long to arrive. The atmosphere is chill, not loud. Will be coming back the next time I travel.
The perfect stop for a morning bite to eat before taking off. Our server was superb! Everyone enjoyed their food & the French toast with lemon mascarpone was delicious. It's is an airport restaurant with premium prices reflecting that.
Service très lent. Les oeufs pochés n'étaient pas coulants, les patates déjeuners étaient froides. La serveuse n'est jamais venue nous demander si tout était ok. On ne nous a jamais offert d'eau. L'hôtesse à l'entrée n'a jamais souri. Bref: à éviter! Seul point positif: une fois venu le moment de payer, nous avons partager nos commentaires à la serveuse & celle-ci a pu nous donner une réduction sur la facture.

Horrible. Pasta came out cold. Part of it was hot & part of it was cold which means it was reheated in a microwave & not made fresh. I asked for a discount, they said no. Awful customer service.

Nous sommes arrêter dimanche dernier a l'auberge comme nous faisons chaque année mon amie joannie & moi… on rêve au margarita de yasmine pendant 364 jours apres 😂 (nous partons souvent a la même date). Cette année ce fut un peu différent … joannie avais oublier sa sacoche sur le banc du restaurant & c'est yasmine dans geste heroique qui nous l'a rapporter !! Un gros merci à elle c'est la best 🥰

Excellent welcome at the bar by Tammy & Anastasia! Very good cocktails, Local beers & nice wine selection. The food was really good, Particularly the Salmon tartare & The club sandwich. Thanks to the team for a nice welcome!
I travelled a few times. I always stop at Auberge Do have a good meal. Stuff is great, & they have different selection of Beer. Thumbs up to this establishment.

Worst Mac&Cheese ever.
Smoked meat for this restaurant means normal mortadella & cheese, means a normal bechamel with zero cheese.
With this combination, sweet pickles don't match.
