I've made a point recently to explore Montréal's Indian eateries. I've been to a dozen across the course of the year, & I'm happy to report that Lakshana's Chettinad here at Côte-des-Neiges is my favourite of them all. While I don't profess to have a deep knowledge of Indian cuisine, I do know there's something special about the menu & kitchen here that I haven't found at other restaurants. Not only is the food truly delicious, but it's consistent - today was my third visit & it's just as good every time. I'll be back again!

Bon bon, je ne fais pas de reviews habituellement, mais c'est le seul endroit qui me redonne l'exacte saveur de la bouffe sud-indienne. Chaque fois que j'y vais & que j'initie quelqu'un à une Masala Dosa, c'est le triomphe. Excellent & peu cher pour une telle qualité.

Great flavours, awesome little place, food very authentic. Tiny place & not fancy but very clean. Prices were fair. Loved it!!
