It is a fun place to go to watch sports & drink beer with all the TVs. That being said, food quality & service has always been an issue with that franchise & that location is no different. We went there for a comedy show, ordered burgers 20 minutes before the start & waited until the last set of the show to get our plates. The food was tasteless, with no sauce in the burgers & no dressing on the salad either. I am in no way difficult with my food, but charging 20$ for this is highway robbery. The only thing that saved the night was the fact that they didn't charge us for the food being served so late. We will come back for the comedy show, but we are definitely not ordering food again.View more

My buddies are I dine in about once every other month or so. The waitresses are super friendly & give us great service. As for the food, it was very disappointing. The chicken was super dry & the salad looked like it was sitting on the plate long before the meat was cooked. Too bad, it's a cool place to hang out, have a few beers & eat. They need to focus on the kitchen or stop providing the food service,. If it doesn't improve, we'll go elsewhere for sure.View more

This place is great & the manager is always present, making sure everyone is satisfied, he goes to all the tables. Very professional. Good prices include a draft beer.

Very nice family dinner for my husband's birthday. Big portions, juicy burgers, good menu choices. Three of us ordered burgers, one steak subway sandwich & two kids meals. The portions are good for the price, nice selection of beer & drinks. The kids had juice (2x each) & vanilla/chocolate ice cream with their meal. I also noticed that they have high chairs & boosters available. The restaurant is well situated & easily accessible.
Service was very friendly & I appreciated the fact that the food arrived exactly the way we ordered it, nothing missing. The waitresses have appropriate dresses, good-looking without being too revealing.
I would probably go back for a 4 à 7 or to watch a hockey game with friends, or the terrasse when it's warmer outside.
Decor is cool with lots of screens & seats are comfortable enough. The bathroom is all the way upstairs though, which is not the best with kids or health issues or when you're drunk LOL.
Overall a really nice experience, looking forward to going back.
