If I didn't had no class I would of lick all of my plates! That's how delicious everything was! The service was amazing & this place is as beautiful inside out! Very cozy
Nous avons passé une belle soirée mais sans plus. La nourriture était de très bonne qualité mais j'ai été surpris par le prix de l'assiette du jour à 56$ + taxe & pourboire, pour un plat qui manquais d'amour. Très bonne suggestion de vin & bon service. En somme, trop chère pour la qualité & la complexité.
We ate here 15 years ago & had such good memories of the food & the ambience. This time the food was delicious & the service very good but just crazy expensive. I know everything is more expensive, but $25 for 2 scallops seemed a bit much!
The ambiance is good, & the food is ok considering the location. Wouldn’t complain about the high price in the resort area.
The service is bad. It’s not like they are not nice or something. They smile & nicely ignore you. We did reservations & there were only five groups of people eating there when we arrived. We waited at the entrance for 10 minutes. They waiters & waitress see us & greeting, but no one bring us to our table, just in front of us… after we sit down, we waited another 15 minutes to order food. Maybe we are just not elegant enough to be in this restaurant.
The most ridiculous thing comes now… after we done eating, of course, we waited another 15 minute after I asked for bill. (I had to ask twice) the lady finally came with the machine, &, in front of me, she pressed 20% tip option then passed the machine to me… maybe it’s default in the resort area? Anyway it’s first time I experience this in Canada
Food was fine but presentation on plate not so impressive. Small fake candle was not adequate to create warm ambiance. Empty fireplace next to our table not appealing. However, we had a lovely time & will return.
