Very nice cafe. Food was great. Ordered the bagel blt's, 2 chocolate croissants & 2 iced lattes, very friendly & efficient crew working over the counter.
La Finca Café in Old Montreal looks amazing: green, cozy, & the kind of place you'd want to chill in. But the coffee & food? Not it. I ordered a cappuccino & ended up with a latte, no foam in sight. The chocolate cookie topped with sea salt sounded promising, but the heavy sprinkle of raw salt turned it into more of a sodium rush than a sweet treat.
What really threw me off was the service speed. With four employees behind the counter, I figured I'd be sipping my drink in under five minutes, but that wasn't the case at all.
& then there's the size... only one option, a'extra small' For $5+tax, I expected a bit more than a tiny cup. Quality didn't make up for the quantity, & honestly, I walked away feeling shortchanged.
The atmosphere is the best part of the café, no question. I just wish the coffee & cookie matched the vibe. Hopefully next time it'll be a better experience.
There are plenty of coffee shops near our hotel, but we were lucky to discover this one. When we arrived, there was a long line, but the service was fast, so it never felt like a problem. I wish I had asked the name of the lady at the cashier-she was incredibly friendly & welcoming, even though she was busy.
I ordered a matcha latte & a breakfast danish, & both were delicious! Exactly what I needed to start the morning: a positive vibe, a simple breakfast, & great taste. Honestly, it's a 1000/10!
The vibe is nice like other cafés where w
Pwople can meet & work remoyely from there. My latte waas alright but not the best i ever had. The cortado was intense & good accordto my bf.

Un café super mignon avec beaucoup de place pour s'asseoir! Nous avons pris un latte à la vanille & leur thé de l'été & c'était très bon! Leur sirops à café sont maison! Le staff était vraiment gentil!
We ate there for lunch during jazz fest. Had their'brunch' which was a poached egg on bread with ham & grated cabbage plus latte. Tasted ok but extremely salty- drank at least three glasses of water there & more after leaving. Plus $60 for two people seems like a lot to me. Otherwise ok for a busy cafe.
I stopped by around 8AM & there was already a line, ~6-7 people in front of me, which moved a bit slowly. Once I got to the counter, the staff was really nice & friendly, which made up for the wait.
I ordered a latte & croissants to go, & both were great. The latte was smooth & rich just what I needed to start the day.
I was also eyeing the Danish breakfast, but I asked if they could leave out the mustard, & they said no changes were possible. I ended up skipping it, which was a bit disappointing.
All in all, great coffee, great pastries, & kind service, just be ready to wait a little during the morning rush.
I went for breakfast this morning after being recommended by several people & my group & I were all equally disappointed. To start, the chai lattes tasted like a ginger latte. Which is fine but wasn't what we expected when we ordered chai. We ordered a breakfast danish & the egg was so overdone it was rubbery. When we asked the server about it he said'this is the way we do it' which is okay, but I still feel like it was overdone in general. Eggs should never be hard & rubbery, in my opinion anyways. We also got a parfait & though it was the best thing we ordered it was still just, fine.
I had the chai latte & the shakshuka- both were very good.
Only caveat is that I needed to work & wasn't allowed to use my laptop at a table before 2pm - only at the bar seating which is really not the most comfortable to work at.
Amazinggggg little coffee shop. Incredible latte. Cinnamon bun thing was 😘😘😘. Laptops at the tall booth seats w no back rest allowed. Great chatty / catchup atmosphere.
A bit hippy, very affordable, wood + pastel colours. Loved it & will be back.
Really great atmosphere with kind staff. Food is slightly pricey but very good. I ordered a chai latte ($6) & the BLT bagel ($12). The bagel was delicious!
