Only place I went to twice in my 4 days here. Frittata one day when did not want pastries. Light & fluffy, very nice with the goat cheese on it, otherwise very mild flavor. Nice sesame toast. The masala chai was a bit sharp, almost spicy rather than sweet to me, but it grew on me. Went back because yogurt & granola was appealing in all the heavy fare & I was a little sad I had missed it on my last visit. Really is as good as everyone says. The granola is loose, not clusters, wonderful flavor, & the yogurt is super light & fluffy, little sour which is offset by the granola & fruit. The lemonade was a surprise, tart & strawberry infused. I couldn't help myself & got the breakfast danish too, didn't make it through that. Quite good but the mustard flavor is quite intense, & I was frankly just full as it was more than I was needing but I couldn't not try it.

Had an excellent cortado & frittata for lunch. Just don't come here if you are in a hurry - the restaurant gets very busy for lunch. The restaurant also gets pretty loud since it is such a small space.
Beautifully open cafe with delicious coffee & a good assortment of food & pastry. I had the frittata & it was amazing-cooked perfectly, topped with goat cheese & a simple salad.
Can get busy, but they do a good job of managing tables; we had no problem finding a place to sit
This morning, my wife & I visited La Finca Café in Montréal for the first time, & it was a delightful experience. Nestled in the heart of the city, this charming neighborhood café offers a perfect blend of warmth & sophistication. The ambiance immediately stood out-a cozy yet modern space with a welcoming vibe. The café's clean, minimalist design was complemented by soft lighting & a mix of patrons working, chatting, or simply enjoying their coffee. The subtle hum of conversation & the faint aroma of freshly brewed coffee created a relaxing atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for a casual breakfast or lunch. The food was equally impressive. My wife opted for the Frittata, which was light, flavorful, & perfectly paired with a creamy Latte. I went for the Yogurt granola, a refreshing & well-balanced dish with just the right sweetness, alongside a buttery Croissant that was flaky & delicious. To top it off, I tried one of their Smoothies, which was fresh & vibrant, leaving me energized for the day ahead. The quality of the ingredients was evident, & the focus on local & fine products truly elevated the experience. The service was outstanding. Gabriel, our server, was attentive, friendly, & knowledgeable about the menu. He made excellent recommendations & ensured our visit was seamless from start to finish. His warm demeanor added a personal touch to the experience, making us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. Overall, La Finca Café impressed us with its inviting ambiance, high-quality food, & impeccable service. It's a spot we'd happily return to & recommend to anyone looking for a memorable café experience in Montréal.
Never had grilled cheese like this before. Leeks & mustard worked wonders. The chicken & herb sandwich was really good too! Combined with the fresh orange juice & the ambiance this made for a perfect quick brunch. Visited again after 3 years. Shakshuka was good. As was the frittata. I just hope service was a bit faster i think it was busy time. Loved the financier. I genuinely missed their old menu. Their leeks & mustard sandwich i still remember to this day. I wonder why its a redesign & they've leaned on muted flavors. Not bad but missed the pizzaz.
What a find!! While having a short stay in Montreal we found this gem. The bagel BLT was so fresh & delicious. The frittata did not disappoint either, as it was full of so much flavor. The problem was we kept buying other items, the pecan tart (twice) & a croissant. All exceeded our expectations. The maple latte & a mocha we had were equally as good. The service was friendly. Being the food was so fresh we had to wait a bit for our order, but so worth the wait.

Really enjoyed the shakshuka & cinnamon roll. My wife had a frittata that we pretty decent though somewhat under seasoned. Cute vibe with really nice employees. Great little breakfast cafe.
We came in late morning on a summer weekday & this place was really busy, but we were able to place our order & got the food quickly! Also love the vibe & art work on the walls. Highlights-the coffee products & sweets were delicious. So was the shakshuka. The frittata -perhaps canadian frittatas are different but all the folks in our party that tried it thought that it was off. Bottom line - have anything besides the frittata & you & your stomach will be happy.
Returned because the American Sociological Association meetings are here again. Bit of a wait but the food was good & the coffee excellent. My parter had the Bagel BLT & ate it quickly. Generous size & lot of sauce. I had the frittata plus some bread. Honestly the bread was the highlight. Would return. From 2017: Interesting space. Wasn't sure what the "office" part meant, but there were some glass walled-rooms to one side that maybe were meant for working? I sat outside in the backyard patio. The coffee & pastry were excellent.
Nice environment & incredible frittata: tender, light, aromatic & pairs well with the goat cheese, & the added salad is a nice touch. The almond matcha is a bit bland but not sweet which is nice. There was a delay in serving frittata due to a minor mistake & the staff was so nice to give me a complimentary dessert: which tastes amazing by the way: impeccable customer service!
