We enjoyed a wonderful brunch at La Fabrique. We were a group of six people & were able to book a table just a few days in advance. The staff were very friendly & attentive. We ordered several dishes & coffees, & everything was very tasty & satisfying.
We just had our office christmas party at La Fabrique in the Annexe. There was 31 of us, family style, private room where we could be as loud as we wanted without disturbing other guests. Service was attentive, & supportive (thank you Sarah for all your hard work in preparation & night of). Food was good, came out fast & in large amounts, all the systems for tracking who was ordering which drinks were set up in advance & the evening went splendid. Would recommend for an event of this size

Quelle belle découverte ce resto 🤗 Intérieur très chique, ambiance joyeuses & bouffe super délicieuse, prix abordables. C'est la preuve qu'on peut encore manger très bien à des prix raisonnables. Nous avons eu du poulet effiloché, brisket de boeuf & verrines avec des cacahouètes torréfiées. DÉLICIEUX 😋 Leur chef est fantastique ! Un grand merci à Yohann pour le service impeccable 🙏
Delicious & unique brunch. I assume the person in the front was the manager; she clearly has a lot of dedication to her work & does it extremely well. Will be returning on future Montreal trips
Nous avons dîné à la fabrique un soir d'événement du restaurant début novembre avec le menu à 50€.
Repas excellent avec un service de très grande qualité une équipe au top dans le service & une cuisine parfaite.

J'ai été surprise par la qualité des produits servis à La Fabrique !
Toute mon expérience était une réussite du début à la fin.
J'ai mangé l'effiloché de volaille à la courge avec siphon tartiflette & je reviendrai sans hésiter.
J'ai également plusieurs intolérances alimentaires & la serveuse a pu s'assurer que des changements étaient possibles en cuisine.
J'ai terminé par les beignets, le sucre à la crème était délicieux 🤤
I should start by saying that my wife thought she was just being dragged into another greasy spoon to watch me devour pancakes. To my immense good fortune, this place absolutely knocked it out of the park with her. She was delighted. This is a great date spot. Everything we had was fresh & delicous. It was also beautiful. My wife is not the type to photograph her food but everything looked like it was made for Instagram. Service was very European & professional. The menu forces you to choose between very savory or very sweet with little offering both. A pet peeve of mine with Montreal breakfast spots. Seating is a little weird & reservations are definitely reccomended. There are plenty of great little 2 top & 4 top tables, nicely spaced out. Then there is the long sofa thing against the wall where you are quite literally elbow to elbow with your neighbors. More concerning, there is a giant common table holding something like 10 people. If this was all they had, I'm afraid I would leave, regardless of how good the food is. I am not down with common tables in restaurants & wish this fad would die off asap. We really enjoyed everything & will definitely be back.
Nous avons souper au restaurant pour le mariage d'amis à nous. La salle était belle, la grande table bien mise. Le service était EXCELLENT! La sommelière était très attentionnée & avait même retenue qui ne buvait pas d'alcool & a veillée à ce que nous ne manquions de rien tout le long du repas & du reste de la soirée. Un sourire franc & un grand professionnalisme!
Le gros point noir a été le repas. Les portions pour 6 personnes étaient déséquilibrées selon le plat pour être suffisamment partageables (notamment les plateaux d'entrées qui étaient pour 2 voir 3 personnes, pas pour 6). Mais surtout les plats principaux complètement incohérents (risotto - poulet braisé - couscous végé & frites au gras de canard). Les frites étaient bonnes; le poulet braisé avait d'avantage la texture d'un poulet bouilli; de la mozzarella & des gros raisins dans le couscous, nous n'avons pas compris, qu'elle étrange association… & le risotto très bon, mais dans une trop petite quantité pour en apprécier la saveur.
Vraiment dommage!
La fête était tout de même belle!

Celebrated my birthday there & it was absolutely wonderful! The food was definitely the highlight, the ambiance was 10/10, the drinks are the only thing they could improve, the one with cachaca should have lime for a punch! The desserts were perfect too! Definitely recommend this restaurant!
First of all, lovely ambience & excellent service. Our waiter was very friendly & checked in frequently. Fast service with a smile.
Unfortunately, the reservation process for a large party (12 people) was a little complicated & poorly communicated. Despite this, the restaurant did an excellent job of having everyone's entrees served at the same time.
As for the food, I unfortunately cannot recommend. Though the portion sizes were very generous, the dishes themselves bordered on pretentious at best. The flavour pairings were slightly convoluted, drawing away from otherwise fantastic ingredients. I see the vision, but it unfortunately missed the mark for me.
