Incredible! Great bread with a dill? butter. App sized oysters & the marmalade beef tartare dish for myself & a steak with potatoes for my wife. All was perfect! 10/10!
Absolutely enjoyed my brunch at La Fabrique! I had Tartare De Saumon avec frites maison au gras de canard (never go wrong with deep fried in duck fat lol), which was delicious! We seated at the bar & got to watch Mr. Barista's efficient move making various drinks! I'd love to come back & try other dishes in the future!

Très bonne cuisine à la fois généreuse, originale & raffinée. Service attentionné, à l'écoute des besoins & sans snobisme. Ambiance sur la terrasse très agréable.
Had an amazing brunch on the terrace. Ordered their fresh juice of the day, drop coffee, soft boiled egg & the show stopper brioche french toast with marscapobe rhubarb & red berries compote- TO DIE FOR! Sweet balanced with sour with crispy & tender soft brioche. Definitely try it- i learned its new on the menu.
Le bistrot La Fabrique s'est révélé une découverte fabuleuse, tant d'un point de vue gustatif, que pour la gentillesse des hôtes & l'ambiance agréable des lieux!
J'y ai quasiment élu domicile, au bar, tant j'ai ressenti un plaisir indicible à savourer les plats, originaux, aux saveurs fines, simples & délicates, & les mimosas orange ou orange sanguine, proposés par ce bel établissement; un véritable joyaux!
Un grand merci à toute l'équipe, chapeautée par l'adorable Stéphanie & son époux, lesquels travaillent en harmonie, pour notre plus grand plaisir.

Excellent service & très bon repas! Nous y avons été pour un brunch & c'était vraiment délicieux. L'espace sur la terrasse était vraiment agréable! Je recommande fortement ce restaurant! :)
Excellent brunch ! Les saveurs sont au rendez-vous. La carte est originale, les produits sont frais, les assiettes sont jolies à regarder & un délice à déguster.
Le personnel est aux petits soins. Un serveur à apportez à mon bébé de quoi dessiner sans qu'on le demande. On a été très bien accueillis.
