C'est ma première fois & j'étais agréablement surprise par l'accueil, le service & les plats. La présentation des plats & les saveurs sont uniques. Je fréquente bcp de restaurants de brunchs & mon coup de coeur 2026 est définitivement La Fabrique. Michel qui a assuré notre service était exceptionnel. J'avoue ne pas avoir eu ce service professionnel même dans les restaurants 5*. Un grand merci pour les détails de chaque jus & plats & bien entendu le sourire😊

A very enjoyable brunch in Montreal with excellent food & a lovely atmosphere.

My partner & I came to Bistrot La Fabrique for brunch & overall had a very good experience. The restaurant has a charming, relaxed atmosphere & the table presentation was simple but beautiful.

We went all in for brunch: a bottle of mimosas, a generous platter of fresh oysters, crispy fries & a hearty brunch dish with eggs & plenty of meat. The oysters were definitely one of the highlights: fresh, beautifully presented on ice & perfect with the mimosas. 🥂🦪

The food was delicious, generous & nicely presented. We left completely satisfied with what came out of the kitchen.

The only reason I would keep my rating at 4 stars rather than 5 was the service. While perfectly adequate & polite, I personally felt that our server could have been a little more attentive & engaged with us & our preferences. Nothing that ruined the experience, but a warmer & more personalized approach would have elevated an already excellent brunch.

Overall, La Fabrique is a beautiful Montreal brunch spot with very good food, great oysters & a fun brunch atmosphere. I would absolutely consider returning, especially to discover what else the kitchen has to offer.

We had the reception for our small wedding in the Annexe at Bistrot La Fabrique a few weeks ago (summer 2026) & we couldn't recommend it enough! Correspondence leading up to the event was always prompt & warm, & the reception itself was a hit with all guests! We chose the festive menu option, family-style, & all the food was so fresh & delicious (we even had some guests say it was the best food they've had at a wedding!). All the staff were so friendly & professional, & went above & beyond to accommodate everyone! The Annexe is equipped with its own separate bar & kitchen so you have the space all to yourself. Thank you so much to everyone at La Fabrique who made it such a special & unforgettable evening!

Bonne expérience de brunch dans ce grand restaurant, il y a de la place & ça dépote ! Vous êtes servis très rapidement. Service agréable également. Un effort peut-être fait sur l'information concernant les plats sans gluten (il y en a très peu après vérification avec le service).
C'est qualitatif & quantitatif, vous n'aurez plus faim en ressortant & vous pourrez commencer votre journée d'un bon pied, c'est le principal. Note relativement douce

Small, uncrowded neighborhood bistro off the beaten tourist path. If I could give more than five stars, I would. I have never had better service before. & if I had better food before, I don't remember. We had mushroom marmalade & beef tartare tartelet, duck, pork shoulder, & shrimp salad. Each one was excellent. Service was personal, attentive, & perfect in all ways. If I ever come back to Montreal, this is where I will be going for dinner first.

A beautifully indulgent plate of braised beef shoulder, golden baby potatoes with caramelized onions, & crispy Brussels sprouts with tarragon. Topped with a perfectly fried egg & finished with a rich whisky-maple sauce. Savory, sweet, crispy, & incredibly comforting. The kind of brunch I could happily eat any day of the week. #BistrotLaFabrique #Montreal
