Service was good & the place looks nice. However, didn't like any of the food I tried. Everything was presented wonderfully, but the meals were kind of bland tasting.
Came for brunch & the food was incredible, service was fast & attentive & the vibes were perfect for a winter morning. Seriously do not skip this spot!
La Fabrique is an absolute gem! We ate New Year's Day brunch at this popular restaurant on our first visit. Given the holiday, we had only been able to get a last-minute reservation for two seats at their bar. Nevertheless, we are so very glad that we started off 2026 with this meal. I cannot say enough positive things about the friendly, professional service we received throughout our visit. The hostess who greeted & seated us was beyond lovely & attentive. The barman who deftly managed the constant coffee & beverage orders somehow also remained warm & welcoming during our meal. The brunch offering is truly'next level!' My wife & I shared a beautiful potato & mushroom croquette served with a small, perfectly dressed radicchio, radish & pickled onion salad. Sadly, it was gone before I thought to take a photo of it, but it was as nicely presented as it was delicious. We then ordered the veal blanquette & the brioche with grilled halloumi, carrot puree & sautéed portobello mushroom & spinach. Each element of these dishes was excellent & they were incredibly tasty. We will definitely be returning to La Fabrique & highly recommend it!

Un très bon endroit pour bruncher. Le service est impeccable, la décoration est très bien pensée, la nourriture est bonne & au bon prix. Vraiment un endroit à faire & refaire 🥞
C'est un restaurant discret sur la rue Saint-Denis à côté du métro Sherbrooke. J'y vais de temps en temps sachant qu'il est très populaire pour les brunchs. Je vous conseille de réserver ou d'arriver après 13h30. L'échine de porc & les pancakes pour partager étaient un super choix, surtout en une journée plus fraîche & pluvieuse. Le service est impeccable & la personne qui refait les tables à des gestes délicats & une attention aux détails. J'aime manger au bar & faire la jasette avec le barista super sympa.

Nous nous sommes régalés avec le plat de pain de viande & celui de la croquette de pommes de terre. Tout était savoureux & élaboré. Très bon service & belle ambiance
We had a lovely evening with 3 girlfriends celebrating a birthday. The food, the wine, the service, & the atmosphere were excellent & a reasonable value for money for this quality nowadays.
I am lactose intolerant & usually we can figure out options on the menu for the appetizer & main course that work but dessert is the test. I really appreciate it when what is on the menu would not work the waiter/chef finds you an option other than sorbet or fruit.
Superbe prestation pour un party des Fêtes d'une équipe de 20. Profusion de plats savoureux, très beaux mariages de saveur. Un régal ! Hâte de venir du côté restaurant pour renouveler l'expérience !
