I took my girlfriend for a birthday brunch before a show. I have not exprein3ced food like that in a very long time. Exceptional. From the cold soup of the day to the dessert. If we lived downtown Montreal, we would be regulars.

I ate here tonight & had a really great meal. I went with the three course selection of chilled pea soup, monkfish & yellow beans, & strawberries & mint on pana cotta. Everything was frankly perfect.

I also tried the peach, sea buckthorn, & angostura mocktail which was great & I plan to try & recreate it.

I added duck fat fries to the selection because I usually have a big appetite, but I certainly could have split the fries with someone else & still been totally satisfied.

I dealt with three staff members & all were incredibly warm & welcoming, & happy to assist me in English.

This was a great dining experience & I hope to visit again the next time I'm back in Montreal.

Quelle découverte ! Nous avons brunché en terrasse aujourd'hui & nous avons été ravis de notre expérience. Les plats sont travaillés, très bons, le service est simple & agréable. Le prix n'est pas plus cher qu'ailleurs & contrairement à d'autres restaurants, je ne peux pas reproduire ces plats chez moi ! Il y a un vrai intérêt à s'y rendre 🤗

La Fabrique est devenue notre restaurant incontournable pour le brunch dès que nous sommes à Montréal (une à deux fois par an) .
Le menu change régulièrement, les plats sont originaux & goûteux. Le service est impeccable.
