Last night, my boyfriend & I decided to venture into the world of Mexican cuisine. We opted for an authentic street food-style restaurant, & La Capital Tacos had everything we were looking for. I'm already looking forward to going back next time.

RESTAURANT À TACO!!!**
-Il tente de réinventer la cuisine mexicaine
-aucun jus ou boisson traditionnelle.
-Aucun mexicain sur place entrain de manger, ni dans la cuisine au premier coup d'œil
-Manque flagrant de saveur dans la nourriture

- Pico de gallo 1/10 sans lime sans coriandre, 0 sel. Ils remplacent cela par des poivrons vert…...😫
. Taco birria 2/10 gros manque de saveur dans la viande ainsi que le bouillon. Les parfums ne sont pas prononcés. PAS DE FROMAGES dans le taco😭 c’est la base des tacos mexicain. Ils oublient le fromage qui est l’un des 4 condiments de base du taco…. Très déçu
.Taco carnita 3/10 encore un manque sa saveur😔 c’était juste de la viande frites sans mariné ni porter à ébullition avec les ingrédients clé d’une carnita auparavantq . Encore déçu
.Taco ribeye. 5 /10 le taco seul manque de saveurs mais avec la sauce d’accompagnement . Cétait agréable & a remonter le goût du taco😕
.guacamole 4/10 sans lime ni sel ni coriandre 😕
.frijoles 7/10 agréablement surprit par un petit kick de piquant incorporé dans le refrito.
Alcool 🥃 4/10 margarita pas buvable
Jus limonade cocombre 3/10
Sa s’appele pas une limonade au final
Jamaïcain hibiscus drink🤨
3/10 le nom le dit il ni a rien de mexicain là dedans

Malheureusement ce restaurant ressemble plus a une taqueria hipster qui veut être ‘’trend’’ & qui essaie trop de sortir de l’ordinaire mais surtout ils oublient la base ,qui est la saveur & les tacos .le capital taco est malheureusement très ‘’overrated’’

Cela ne ce compare aucunement au taqueria de st henri & encore moin celle de villeray qui eu oui son bonder de mexicain.

Au final je ne recommande pas cette taqueria. On est aller en famille 6 personne(latino ayant déjà manger auparavant dans des taqueria)& aucun dentre nous était satisfait. On aurait été mieu daller manger vietnamien ou chinois au final
note final : 2-3/10

These are the best tacos I have had outside of Mexico. This is the place to go if you want authentic Mexican with a friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend the Birria tacos!

Absolutely amazing! I got the birria tacos & my friend got a couple other tacos that I don’t remember the name of but he also enjoyed them. Highly recommend this place for some real authentic tacos & a good vibe :)

Excellente découverte dans le quartier chinois.
Je ne croyais pas ma conjointe que de trouver un resto à tacos dans le coeur du quartier chinois.
Tacos, Enchiladas etc de qualité & les serveurs sont très sympas & savent recommander.
