Definitely some of the best South American food I have ever had. Atmosphere was lovely, however the service left a lot to be desired. I requested avocado sauce on the side, to find my tacos drenched in it. Additionally, the drinks did not arrive, & I had to request them again at the end of the meal.

Really tasty authentic Mexican food! I had the rosarito tacos & tres leches for dessert. Already thinking about when I'll be back🤤

We started off with pico de gallo, which was majority onions & severely lacking salt. We ordered the pirata quesadilla- flavor was okay, however was missing a lot of cheese. The quesadilla was also the size of a small tortilla, which compared to the price of 3 tacos, felt costly. The cochinita pibil tacos were the saving grace for this meal, although the tortillas fell apart immediately. Drinks are good though.

Service wasn't great, however we arrived closer towards closing.

Food BLAND. No taste. What the hell is this? The lack of flavor was immense.

Feels like a tourist trap actually. How this place has high stars for food baffles me.

Service not good. Table was dirty. seat had sauce on it. Asked them to clean it. Seat still had food on it. Table was still dirty.

Washroom paper towel dispensers empty. Soap dispenser in one washroom was empty.

Atmosphere awesome. High volume. So you feel free to talk & all conversations around you are garbled so you don't accidentally focus in on any of them.

Food was excellent but every part of our order was messed up. Asked for no onion, there was onions, forgot the extra cheese, wrong drinks & added something we didn't order to our bill.

La Capital is my go to Taco spot in Montreal, but it can be inconsistent at times. I have had 10/10 meals there but have also been left disappointed

Margs are top notch - make sure to get your glass rimmed with Chamoy.

It does get busy however which can't bring the service level down, & sometimes the food quality can go down as well.

The shrimp tacos were delicious. The quesabirria was good but average compared to others i've had. There are better tacos spots in montreal but this one feels like a good safe spot when you have a craving.
