Their baguette is a masterpiece, with a crust that crackles & a tender, airy interior that embodies classic French baking. J'aime bien cette boulangerie; je fais toujours un petit détour quand je suis dans le quartier. Leur viennoiseries & leur pains sont super bons en général. La seule chose que je ne recommande pas vraiment, c'est le brownie...il était sec. Peut-être que j'ai eu la mal chance de me faire refiler un brownie qui était vieux, le goût parcontre était superbe: pas trop sucré, je dirais même qu'il y avait un soupçon de café. Si vous êtes à Ahuntsic, vous devez y faire un tour, ça en vaut vraiment la peine & non, ce n'est pas plus cher que d'autres boulangeries artisanales à Montréal.
