Very nice & surprising place! I was pleasantly surprise by some of the flavors & twists they put into their Ramens. It's worth giving it a try. The place is also cozy & the prices are fair. Overall very interesting. I will be going back for sure.
I love the Kinton in Ottawa so I had to visit when I came to Montreal. Best Ramen by far! Gibrane really made sure we had a great experience! Will definitely be coming back next time I'm in town!!

It's not everyday where you can find a ramen store that sells chicken based ramen, but I'm glad I found one. The chicken spicy jalapeno had the right mix of poultry & firey flavor that really had my tounge on the edge. A server named Gibrane made me at ease & comfortable ordering to my tastes as he warmly welcomed me & explained how each dish can fit my mood. Like a well seasoned broth sommelier, he invited me to explore & ponder on the intrincacies of miso, or the endless possibilities of shoyu. Though my heart was set on passion, & towards fire I wanted to go. Without judgement, Gibrane masterfully led me to what I profoundly desired: a spicy ramen that would bring me back to my travels in India. I thoroughly enjoyed my chosen experience for my dinner. Though one thing is not to be forgotten! What is food witout its carrier, it's story & it's narrator. So thank you for the exceptional service that night. Thank you Kinton, & thank you Gibrane.
Ramen is very standard for Kinton locations, & the space is slightly tight. However, I gave 5 stars because Mr Gibrane elevated our evening by providing world class service. For this alone, I would consider coming back.

Got the spicy miso ramen suggested by my server Gibrane. It was really good. The food here is much better than other Kinton ramens & the service was really good, or maybe we were lucky to get Gibrane as our server. We also tried the karage & it was pretty good. Would've preferred if it was a bit more crunchy. Overall I would comeback again.
We came here on a Sunday afternoon because I was in the area for some work & was craving some ramen. Overall the food was pretty good. Much better than what you can expect from a franchise restaurant. We got the Karage, the pork miso & the spicy pork miso ramen. The karage was ok, I would've preferred it to be a bit more crunchy. Gibrane, our waiter was suggested the spicy pork miso for my wife. Honestly the spicy pork was amazing, my wife loved it & we got lucky to have Gibrane recommend it to us. The service was also really good & Gibrane cleaned the table for us very quickly when I accidentally spilled my water. I would 100% comeback here again for the food & the service.
i had the chicken original ramen that our server Cynthia suggested it was really good! She was super attentive & made sure we got everything we needed. she refilled our water as soon as it was done very good service would definitely recommend!
Recently my friends & I went to kinton ramen & we were served by Cynthia & she made the experience a 100x times better. She gave a lot of good details about the menu & the atmosphere was incredible. I highly recommend.

L'ambiance est très bonne & la décoration est également bonne & a un style oriental. Nous avons commandé des nouilles sèches & leur ensemble de ramen d'été. Comme nous le savons tous, lorsque vous commandez des ramen tonkotsu dans un restaurant de ramen, il doit normalement contenir du porc. Mais après une longue attente (le magasin n'était pas particulièrement fréquenté donc c'était évidemment plus lent que les autres restaurants de ramen), nous avons reçu un ramen sans porc & j'ai demandé à un autre serveur (pas celui qui nous avait commandé) & il m'a en fait dit que le ramen était ce plat ne contient pas de viande. J'ai demandé à l'autre serveur s'il ne me l'avait pas dit. Donc ce n'est visiblement pas bon ? ! Je lui ai demandé quelles sont les options de porc, de poulet & de légumes dans votre menu de saison ? Il a dit que c'était l'option à base de soupe. C'est incroyable que les ramen tonkotsu puissent aussi avoir une base de soupe aux légumes ? Peut-être que je suis ignorant, mais nous avons fini par commander deux petites tranches de porc pour 4$. D'ailleurs, si nous n'avions pas trop faim, nous n'aurions pas fini le repas. Les nouilles sèches semblaient très dures, mais je peux leur donner 3/5 points. Cependant, la base de la soupe de nouilles n'était vraiment pas satisfaisante. , encore moins par rapport aux autres restaurants de ramen, je pense que la base de soupe de nouilles instantanées que je cuisine moi-même a meilleur goût ! L'attitude du serveur est bonne, mais je ne comprends tout simplement pas pourquoi vous n'indiquez pas que votre menu ne comprend pas de viande en tranches lors de la commande, mais vous écrivez du porc ? Ce n'est pas non plus indiqué sur le menu. Je n'ai pas commandé ce combo pour les frites & la limonade (qui n'était pas disponible aujourd'hui)
J'y suis allée pour la première fois hier vendredi le 9 août avec mon copain & tous les deux on a adoré! Le service était excellent & super rapide. Notre serveuse, (qui est superviseure) était une perle❤️. Le seul bémol, c'est la quantité de tofu dans le ramen végé avec seulement une petite tranche, mais pour 3$ supplémentaires, on peut en avoir 3 de plus (ce que je conseille fortement parce que c'est un des meilleurs tofu que jai mangé!!!!). Nous allons certainement y retourner ☺️.
Kinton Ramen used to be my go-to place for great ramen. Nothing specific to say about their food; the karaage is excellent. I'd consider myself a regular customer, visiting at least 2-3 times per month. However, in the past few years, the service has gone downhill. It's now so bad that I waited 45 minutes for a ramen & a rice bowl & ended up walking out. They have around 10 employees in the restaurant, but nobody looks at you or pays attention to customers. People always wait for a glass of water, their food, or their tab. I will give a chance to other restaurants, but I don't think I will go back to the one in Laval again.
Great food, looked & tasted authentic. Faire price, beautiful dining room, amazing bathroom design. Great service, safe environment, clean & friendly staff. Overall flawless service. One of the best ramen restaurent i visited so far.
