There was no wait because I have made reservations. I had my birthday dinner party there. We had a whole room to ourselves which I found it cool. It was my first time but I enjoy the music & the whole vibe. Blueberry mint shesha 10/10. The food could have been cooked more. That was the only disappointment part of the whole experience. I got the spicy margarita 10/10.

Generous portions, we were four at the table, we ordered 4 plates & shared, everything was delicious at a reasonnable price: the filet mignon, the salmon plate, the mushroom tagliatelle & the mixed grilled platter.

J'avais réservé pour ma fête de 20 ans on étais tous bien habillé le doorman a pas voulu laisser rentrer mon ami il disait qu'il étais mal habiller il y a u une altercation entre eux & le doorman a esseyer de le frapper il n'a pas réussi mais a frapper sa blonde

Très mauvaise expérience du début à la fin. Malgré une réservation, l'accès nous a été refusé à notre arrivée, sans explication sérieuse.
On nous a fait attendre dehors devant la porte, pendant que la sécurité & certains membres du personnel se moquaient & rigolaient, ce qui est totalement inacceptable.
Nous avons demandé à parler à un responsable : on nous a dit qu'il n'y avait personne, puis soudain que le propriétaire & le gérant étaient bien présents. Pourtant, personne n'est venu nous parler.
Aucun respect pour les clients, communication inexistante & attitude arrogante. Une expérience à éviter.

Quand nous avons demandé à parler à quelqu'un de responsable, l'agent de sécurité nous a dit qu'il n'y avait personne. Quelques minutes plus tard, il affirme finalement que tout le monde est là : le propriétaire, le gérant, etc.
Malgré ça, personne n'a accepté de venir nous parler. Aucun respect pour les clients, aucune considération, aucune communication.
Organisation zéro, respect zéro. Je ne recommande absolument pas.

Nous avions fait une réservation pour regarder un match. Elle a été confirmée une première fois, puis reconfirmée par téléphone juste avant notre arrivée. Malgré cela, une fois sur place, l'agent de sécurité nous a refusé l'accès en disant que la réservation avait été annulée.
Nous étions avec des amis & de jeunes enfants, laissés à la porte sans aucune considération. On nous a ensuite proposé une place sans vue sur l'écran, alors que nous étions venus spécialement pour regarder le match.
Le comportement de l'agent de sécurité ainsi que d'un responsable/manager a été très désagréable & peu professionnel. Cette situation a complètement gâché un moment que nous avions planifié en famille.
Très décevant de vivre ce genre de traitement dans un établissement de ce niveau. Nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux.
last night i went out to kenza the service & ambiance was outstanding.Definitely will be going back the doorman is super kind ,it was super cold & packed & he managed to let me & my friends in!

Always a good experience when I visit here. The bouncer Mahmud is really kind & makes sure that we never have to wait too long even when it's busy. The music & food is great
Mahmoud is welcoming & professional who works at the entrance of Kenza . He ensures a friendly atmosphere & provides a pleasant welcome to guests upon their arrival.
Very good place to have fun! I had a great time & I was satisfied about the service. The bouncer Mahmud was very polite as well. It was my first time & I'll definitely go back with my friends !
