They gained an additional star for using bocconcini as the melting cheese in the spicy chicken. Not so spicy BTW, but tasty. New: I just ordered the same sandwich & I vomited half way into it. The chicken doesn't smell fresh. I'm not happy.
I make the trip to Joe Panini from Ottawa, at least once a year to get their famous grilled spicy chicken panini. With a side of a can of Brio & a brownie, you cant go wrong.
Amazing little spot for delicious food.
Ordered spaghetti & meat sauce & it came delivered with the noodles warm & the meat sauce frozen solid. On top of that flavour was so bland after the front desk staff at my hotel were nice enough to allow me to use their staff microwave. I've had better spaghetti in northern communities with only a northern store. Also got the wrong chip order. Ridiculous.
More bread than veggies, more veggies than meat. For what it has though, it tastes good.
Was better back before Covid. Now I feel it's the same price with less quantity. Like everything else. Shrinkflation. Maybe just my experience. Was a regular now only if I really crave it & in the area
Gyro panini & a DR pepper hit the spot. Small tables outside.
This place was the panini place go to, i ordered this weekend we ended up with bread salad sandwiches. Sausages sliced thin as paper placed one each other so like a total of 5 thin slices, hardly any chicken in our sandwich. Only the BLT had a adequate qty. For the price we pay, it's a rip-off. This needs to be looked at by the owners cause doesnt reflect well on the image of this once iconic Panini place.
Good spot for a fast bite after a drink. BLT panini was pretty good & Philly cheese steak could use more cheese.
Price were really fair. 9.50$ per panini including taxes.
Quelqu'un m'a montrer cette place il y a quelque temps, & j'adore. C'est un hidden gem. (Une caissière un peu désagréable d'où viens le 4 étoiles pour le service) sinon c'est parfait très bon.
A casual panini/burger place for quick bite. 10+ seats available for dine in. Credit card accepted.
affordable, you pay for what you get but there are better sandwicheria options in MTL in the same area.
The girl at the cash looked like she couldn't care less. The chicken paninis used to be so damn delicious. You could smell them from far away. I had one for the first time in a few years today & was terribly disappointed. Barely any chicken & it was bland. Nothing like it used to be
Ever since the ownership was changed at Joes, the quality went downhill.
