We ordered delivery as we had just flown into Montreal & didn't have the energy to go out. We ordered the BLT & bocconcini paninis.

The BLT had a clump of bacon, half a tomato slice & about 10 small shreds of lettuce.

The bocconcini was NOT a bocconcini, but a pulled pork (the bocconcini was chosen for dietary restrictions). We called the restaurant & were told their iPad wasn't printing so the kitchen got the order wrong. Their solution was for us to come in & they would replace it. I told her that wasn't possible because we didn't have a car & wouldn't pay for a cab to go fix their mistake. She said it wouldn't be possible for them to have the delivery company send us the correct sandwich. She just kept repeating that we could come in & get the correct one. I asked to talk with the manager (not in a Karen way), because something like this may be totally out of her control. She said she was the senior person on site & the manager rarely comes in. I left my phone number for a call when he/she did materialize, but it's been 12 days & still no call. Not holding my breath.

Are we insane to think that they should've sent us the right thing?

I used to be a regular at this place . But today will be my last.

They stopped putting veggies in the sandwich. Waitress asked for a tip & I said 15% . She made a 31$ bill into 40$. & then she negotiated her way down to 5$ tip.

It's not added as a tip but as'diverse'. What does'diverse' even mean ?

The paninis aren't what they used to be; now they're mostly just vegetables. The grilled chicken one is $9.50, & at that price, there are better options out there-like market sandwiches or shawarma.

My sandwich really good but nothing extraordinary. You get what you pay for, it's a great price 9$ for sandwich. However employee had to learn how to speak english or french, could not understand a word.

Nourriture tiède, peu savoureuse & très salée (macaroni réchauffé micro-onde). De plus, aucun respect de l'environnement : pailles en plastique & macaroni servi dans un contenant en plastique.

Garbage food. Garbage service. Tried to order a couple sandwiches & kept being told'no' to certain ones. I asked the worker'well what do you have?' & they said'nothing'. Like what?! So, asked if they had enough to make 2 of at least 1 of the sandwiches I wasn't told no to. I got a pissy'yah'. The whole interaction from start to finish was really strange. When I was handed the bag I looked in & the sandwiches were so small I thought she forgot one. & asked if if the 2nd was in there. She was not happy with that & again answered in a pissy tone. Got home & these paninis are on hot dog buns with 1 sliver of meat & a sprinkling of fixings. Avoid at all costs.

Not worth going at all. Used to be a tasty panini, now it doesn't even have any sauce in it. It's plain.. frozen / wet brownies.

I don't know what happened to this place! Food is low quality & no taste! The service is slow & disrespectful staff, the restaurant itself smells horrible & looks like has not been properly cleaned in ages!
