I used to make sure to go to Joe's Panini every single time I was downtown for the spicy chicken panini. Today I went & was HIGHLY disappointed. The panini was basically empty & flat, to the point where one half of the sandwich didn't even have chicken. The flavor was still good which is why I am giving 3 stars but it was basically like eating bread with a sprinkle of chicken/tomato & cheese.
Horrible… Je demande 2 panini JAMBON FROMAGE, je me retrouve avec un panini SALADE TOMATE JAMBON. Je demande au gars de l'accueil si il sait pas trompé car dans le sandwich il y a salade & tomates en plus du jambon & du fromage & là il me dit que c'est un classique des sandwiches alors je lui dis qu'une non car c'est marqué jambon & fromage sur le panneau d'affichage, il me répète que oui c'est normal si je veux un jambon & fromage je dois payer deux sandwich en plus alors que j'avais déjà payé mes deux sandwiches jambon & fromage, sachant que je ne savais pas que dans leur sandwich, soi-disant jambon, fromage, il y avait de la tomate & de la salade alors je lui ai dit bah tu peux pas les refaire en enlevant la salade & la tomate car je n'étais pas au courant sachant que ce n'est pas ça pas affiché, alors il me dis je dois repayer si je veux juste jambon fromage… Ducoup je suis parti avec mes 2 panini (jambon fromage) garni de salade & tomate en plus .

Usually joes panini is bussin, good thing your paninis are strong because this was the first time i tried the mac n cheese since business was sold & extremely disappointed… i got dry noodles with a bit of cheese baked on the top , there's literally no cream or cheese or anything cooked inside it's just bare plain dry noodles gratinée 😭🥴 very sad 0/5 for the mac for me I do not recommend 😫
Mauvaise qualité le sandwich est rien dedans j'ai commandé un poulet panini il on rien mis dans le sandwich juste salade un peu de sauce & même pas le poulet c'est de la triche la qualité est nul la ne pas recommande & leur service est nulle
I make the trip to Joe Panini from Ottawa, at least once a year to get their famous grilled spicy chicken panini. With a side of a can of Brio & a brownie, you cant go wrong.
Amazing little spot for delicious food.

This place was the panini place go to, i ordered this weekend we ended up with bread salad sandwiches. Sausages sliced thin as paper placed one each other so like a total of 5 thin slices, hardly any chicken in our sandwich. Only the BLT had a adequate qty. For the price we pay, it's a rip-off. This needs to be looked at by the owners cause doesnt reflect well on the image of this once iconic Panini place.
Good spot for a fast bite after a drink. BLT panini was pretty good & Philly cheese steak could use more cheese.
Price were really fair. 9.50$ per panini including taxes.
The girl at the cash looked like she couldn't care less. The chicken paninis used to be so damn delicious. You could smell them from far away. I had one for the first time in a few years today & was terribly disappointed. Barely any chicken & it was bland. Nothing like it used to be
Really good cakes, paninis are great, very small & niche, I really enjoy the'local' small cafe environment personally. The flavors taste very simple & organic, I feel extremely light & fulfilled with the Philly Cheese Steak panini.
