Delicious brunch food & large portions. The apple french toast was delicious & not too sweet at all, & quite a large portion of two thick slices of toast & a cooked apple; good to share between two people. The latkes were very good & savoury. I would recommend the latkes & the carrot cake! The latte with soy milk was also delicious. The line is very long so be prepared to wait! Overall a really beautiful place with friendly staff & yummy food :)
Très beau restaurant, la décoration est vraiment chouette. Mise à jour 10/2024: très belle redécouverte. Délicieuses options de plats originaux & très généreux. Chocolat chaud aux épices délicieux! Service gentil & plutôt rapide. Avis en 2021: La nourriture est bonne, peut-être un peu cher par rapport à d'autres places de brunch. Nous avons attendu assez longtemps notre commande alors que c'était juste une dégustation (avec aucune cuisson ni préparation). Menu très varié où tout semble délicieux. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas plus d'option d'assiette sucrée salée.

Très bon service chez Janine ! Je n'étais pas au courant qu'ils avaient changer de carte, je voulais manger les gauffres & le poulet frit depuis longtemps comme nous habitons à Wellington, mais ce plat n'était plus disponible malheureusement. Nous avons alors opté pour le croque madame, le gros jambon & doré pomme & nous n'avons pas été déçus par le goût, la quantité & le service ! Nous reviendrons (svp remettez les gaufres poulet frit au menu hihi). Special merci pour la tasse de thé chaude pendant l'attente - ceci a rajouté un + à l'experience.
Magnifique surprise !!! Bouffe & service au top !! Avec mon amie on a pu prendre notre temps, bien manger, ça restera un moment gravé dans notre coeur !! J'ai adoré & mon amie est une habituée... Bravo & merci !

2024 update : Not what it used to be, won't go back, way overprice for what you get & the food varietey is mediocre. They still have amazing home made juice tho. Previous review: Service is always perfect & most of the time the food is delicious! however I do not like their coffee & I find the chicken squishy.
This place was just so so good. The food, the ambiance, service, everything was on point. We did have to wait for 20 mins to get seated, but it was totally worth it. Would definitely go again & try more. The decor of this restaurant was something a mix of vintage, Victorian with a touch of royalty & modernism. Weekend Brunch is highly recommended. & do try their carrot cake.
The yogurt crème brûlée is very unique for people in diet. Scottish eggs are good. We had the mushroom one is a bit salty, the croissant is great. The wait time depends on, sometimes can go from 1 hour, sometimes 5-10mins
Do yourself a favour, bring a granola bar & wait in line for a table. It's worth the wait! The juice samples read delightful, great flavours & the "welcome" juice was delicious. Basil in juice? Who'd have thought!? The Croque Madame was unbelievable, scotch egg amazing & the Jambon brekkie plate was perfect. Excellent service! Thanks y'all, I will be back.

Un endroit qui a de la personalité, mon spot préféré pour bruncher avec mes chum de filles. C'est populaire, alors il a souvent une file d'attente, surtout la fin de semaine où les réservations ne sont pas possible, mais ça en vaut grandement la peine. La bouffe est excellente, l'équipe est toujours extrêmement agréable. Je recommande énormément!
Ce lieu est un excellent choix pour un brunch ! J'ai adoré la cuisine, qui est à la fois raffinée & savoureuse. Aller en semaine est une bonne idée pour trouver une place plus facilement. Les tarifs sont un peu élevés, mais la qualité des plats en vaut la peine.
