We travelled to Montreal for a Bachelorette & Jacopo was recommended to us. It was honestly the best time! The food was delicious, our server was fantastic & there were quite a few other bachelorette groups there too, we ended up buying each other drinks & mingling with other groups, it was too much fun. As someone who is obsessed with Italian food, I was impressed, especially since the establishment is so big & there was clearly a lot going on the night we were there. The wine was excellent & my server helped me choose the perfect pairing. The other girls got pitchers of sangria (dangerous!). Can't rave about Jacopo enough! I'll be back. Thank you!
This restaurant lived up to the hype. My husband & I were sat by the kind hostess Leah, who recommended the linguini pescatore that was amazing! Jolyanne was a sweet & attentive server that made sure we felt welcome on a clearly busy night. I will definitely be back not only for the good food but for the incredibly attentive service from all the staff.

Overall very cool place! Nice Italian food & a great location near the river & close to the ferris wheel. Highly recommend the cheese board. Giving 4 stars cause the service was a bit slow. For example they brought our wine to us after they brought the food, we had to ask for water multiple times, etc.
I would highly recommend Jacopo's Boozy Brunch! Our server Lamica was aboslutely wonderful & very attentive, our glasses were never empty! The food was delicious & the mimosa's were such a good value. Merci Lamica!

My husband & I were on a little weekend getaway & this was our first time going to Jacopo, the food was amazing & we had the nicest & most wonderful server. Her name was Aurelia, my husband was uncertain about what to have for dinner & he summed up what he liked, her recommendation was perfect & of course her recommendation for dessert was a perfect end to our evening.
Highly recommended!!
Great place in Old Quebec (Place Jacques-Cartier). I ordered the chicken, it was not a good choice (This is just my opinion), but the tomato salad, fried calamari, the beef carpaccio, & everything else we ordered was great. Otherwise the our service was one of the best we ever had. Highly recommend this place.
I came here last night for dinner & was extremely disappointed with the service.
I ordered a passion fruit martini, 40 minutes later, the waitress brings me a clear coloured martini. I asked her if it was a passion fruit martini (which are normally more orangey looking), she says'no, we ran out of passion fruit so I brought you a lychee one'. I told her I didn't like lychee & won't drink it , to which she responds'just try it' & then walks away. I did not drink my drink & was charged $17 for something I did not order & said I didn't want. To add, the food was mediocre & overpriced. Would not recommend at all.
Aurelia, our server, the ambiance of the square, was only rivalled by our excellent meal! Highly recommend. We sat outside on the terrace & had the grilled calamari, tomato salad, seafood pasta & more…all amazing suggestions by our server. Would go again!

It was an amazing experience my hunband & i went yesterday Friday May 1 in the evening with reservation. We got a text letting us know that our table was ready. Our server was welcoming & beautiful ambiance inside. My husband ordered an initial drink he didn't like & got a replacement. The food was amazing, fresh & flavourful. Would fully recommend!!
Excellent service from Leo thank you for a wonderful evening. Your recommendations were spot on, & your attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend this establishment. Kudos to the management team as well for personally checking in multiple times throughout the evening-truly impressive. A fantastic team all around. ☆☆☆☆☆
My husband & I had our baby shower event at Jacopo today & we recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a fantastic experience & place to celebrate their life event. The food was delicious & had great portions, the service was perfect-Maiva was absolutely sweet, & they delivered the event exactly as we wanted. Absolutely gorgeous atmosphere. Thank you Jacopo for a memorable shower! Thank you Maiva for your help! The guests were all very satisfied.
We were a group of 8 on a Sat night in March during the Happening Gourmand event (which is why we chose it). Apparently, the restaurant allocates only 2 hours for the reservation. The waiter didn't come take our order quickly, we had no drinks or wine, just the appetizer that was on the HG menu. The gnocchi I ordered was chewy & not pleasant at all (I ought to have sent it back & asked for a different dish). The orecchiette ordered by two of our groupwas so spicy with hot peppers they couldn't finish - & one of them is Italian, from Italy. I don't recall any of the grouo praising the quality of their food. After we had finished & the plates cleared, the waiter appeared to declare that we had 10 mins to vacate the table for the next reservation. Those of us (4) whose special menu included dessert had not received any, nor had we been asked if we wanted coffee or dessert, & we hadn't received our bills. When I asked the waiter what about the dessert included in my meal, he said I would have to take it to go! (Pannacotta, really? How?) Then he seemed to realize his mistake & showed up with the desserts. It was clear that we were to eat fast & get out (still no bill). I complained about the bum's rush we were getting, & was told that we'd been advised of the time restriction upon arrival. That may be, but it's up to the server to take the orders in a timely fashion, not 30 mins late, & then start pushing the customers out the door. We hadn't caused any delay or were holding up the table after service. With the barely acceptable food & that kind of service, I couldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Super expérience avec Rodney ! Il a fait un excellent travail, super pro & toujours avec le sourire. L'ambiance était top grâce à lui, & il a vraiment su créer une super atmosphère. & en plus, c'était le meilleur espresso martini que j'ai jamais eu ! Je recommande vivement
Nourriture absolument excellente mais assiette un peu petite à mon avis. La facture était un peu dispendieuse mais dans les prix d'aujourd'hui. Ambiance tamisé & romantique. Le service était excellent, présent & savait bien nous conseiller! Je recommande vivement.
