Manque de respect envers les livreurs. Plus de 15 minutes d'attente, puis on me dit qu'ils m'ont'oublié' & de recommencer le temps d'attente. Inacceptable.

J'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience avec le service au front desk chez Jack LeCock. La dame à l'accueil était impolie, parlait sur un ton désagréable & ne faisait aucun effort pour aider. On avait l'impression de la déranger simplement en posant une question.

Le service manquait totalement de respect & de professionnalisme. Être mal traité dès l'arrivée donne une très mauvaise image de l'établissement. C'est dommage, car un bon accueil fait toute la différence.

J'espère sincèrement que la direction prendra ce genre de situation au sérieux & offrira une meilleure formation au service à la clientèle.

Had a great experience at Jack Le Coq! The chicken was super soft & the poutine was amazing-much better than other places I've tried in Ontario. I specially came from Mississauga, & it was totally worth it & the night shift crew was also very friendly. Highly recommended

*Résolution de problème extrêmement laborieuse & inefficace par le service client*

Très bon poulet, par contre attendre presque 2h pour une livraison quand le commerce est à moins de 2km c'est inacceptable. Les frites gaufrées sont arrivées bien molles & imbibées de je ne sais quel liquide.
