Mitch and Boom are childhood friends. Despite their different paths, they came together when they took over La Belle Tonkinoise on Jean-Talon, now the spot for the casse-croûte. "MangeDansMonHood" really hits home since Boom started his popups in his backstreet with that name.
Why burgers? Well, who doesn't love them? Plus, there's that nostalgic vibe that comes with them.
