Review Summary

Jack Le Coq receives mixed feedback, with many customers praising the chicken for being fresh, crispy, and juicy, often comparing it favorably to major chains. While the service is frequently highlighted as friendly and efficient, creating a welcoming atmosphere, several patrons express frustration regarding inconsistent order accuracy, lengthy wait times for delivery, and concerns about shrinking portion sizes relative to the price. Experiences with side dishes like the waffle fries and poutine vary significantly, as some diners find them delicious while others complain about texture issues or recent recipe changes. Although the overall vibe and quality of the main poultry dishes remain a draw for many, recurring issues with order management and value for money lead to a polarized dining experience.

I like Jack Le Coq because the service is always fast, the chicken is delicious, & they offer a good variety of options. The restaurant is clean, & it's easy to find parking, which makes the experience even better.
