the place is clean , nice service, but honestly i was expecting more, the spicy chicken was ok but the poutine was not that good not even close what i ve heard online, really Expensive for that small portion & they charge you 2.5 for each sauce, at any competitor you can get better food, double portion for rhe same amount of money, it won't be a next time for sure
Had a great experience at Jack Le Coq! The chicken was super soft & the poutine was amazing-much better than other places I've tried in Ontario. I specially came from Mississauga, & it was totally worth it & the night shift crew was also very friendly. Highly recommended

I ordered with Cindy asked if she spoke English she explained yes I then ordered a combo & asked to add Mac & cheese & I proceeded to get the order with Mac & cheese without the fries so I went back & talked to her she said I didn't charge you for that I said okay can I get a order of poutine fries then & she wrang it up I paid & then she gives me regular fries then proceeded to argue with me when I tell her I ordered poutine fries not plain fries bad customer service overall by Cindy
Les repas sont savoureux, mais le temps de service est lent (17 mins, quand le cassier l'a promis en 8) & dispendieux (26$ pour une poutine moyenne -ils disent qu'elles sont grandes- un pilon & une cuisse de poulet)
J'avais hâte de goûter mais l'expérience fut ordinaire. Le poulet était pas mauvais & plutôt croustillant mais vu qu'ils mettent la sauce direct sur le pain ça a le temps de tout absorber donc c'était sec & ça goutait pas grand chose (jack double) :( Les frites de la poutine étaient pâteuses … bref je trouve ça vraiment cher pour ce que c'est.
Super déçue, ils ont changé leurs frites pour un nouvel type de frite, goût & texture complètement différents. 😢 la poutine est vraiment moins bonne maintenant
Jack le Coq - entre promesse croustillante & réalité ondulée.
De passage chez Jack le Coq, je me suis laissé tenter par une poutine accompagnée du Jack Classique, un hamburger qui, il faut l'avouer, dépasse les attentes pour un établissement de ce type. Le pain est moelleux, la cuisson du poulet irréprochable, & l'équilibre des saveurs frôle l'élégance. Une exécution maîtrisée, digne d'un chef qui connaît son registre.
Hélas, le plat principal de ma visite , la poutine , a souffert d'une promesse non tenue : on m'avait vendu des frites ondulées, & c'est avec de simples frites droites que le plat m'a été servi. Un détail pour certains, mais un faux pas pour tout amateur averti. L'ondulation, ce n'est pas qu'une question d'esthétique : c'est une texture, une accroche à la sauce, une expérience. Ici, on perd cet élément clé.
Verdict : un poulet absolument délicieux, un burger qui mérite les éloges… mais une poutine qui, malgré sa bonne volonté, ne décroche pas le ticket pour la grande scène. Un potentiel évident, mais une exécution qui doit encore affiner ses détails.

Les morceaux de tenders très piquants ne sont pas très réussis la panure ne tient pas au tenders saveur tikka la sauce piquante n'est pas la meilleure non plus. Le poulet frit est TOP la poutine est succulente
Impeccable ¡! Le colonel Sanders est sur le bord de perdre un client. Unbelievable ! Si ont compares les prix avec une chaîne de restaurant semblable. J'aurais aimer tomber sur des prix d'avantage compétionnaire. Des menus pour enfants a moindre coût. Sinon pour tout ce qui est du service...rien à dire. .l'hôte fût gentil , charmant & de bon conseil. L'ambiance est agréable & fashion moderne. Délicieuse poutine .. un bon 8.2/10
Cool 50s retro atmosphere with a very kind staff. They saw us shiver & lowered the a/c for us no problem. Very attentive & chill. The chicken is delicious & their poutine hits the spot. Right amount of spice where you feel the burn but doesn't melt my face off.

Sérieux tout est bon, le poulet bien cuit & tendre, la poutine aussi est délicieuse, les sandwich également tout est frais du pain, à la laitue & tout le reste! Je recommande fortement !😎
