Je suis passée pour une frite à emporter seulement.

J'arrive chez moi, j'ai un truc gaufré & épicé.

J'appelle & on me dit que j'aurai une frite gratuite la prochaine fois après que j'ais dit à quel point je n'étais pas contente & que je me suis obstinée sur ce qu'est une frite par défaut.

Mais un employé m'a assuré que par défaut, une frite, c'était ça.

Mais le menu sur le site offre définitivement des frites non épicés ondulées.

Donc, je répète ce que j'ai dit au téléphone (surtout s'il y a 2 options!) tu demandes laquelle veut le client.

& dire que les frites ordinaires ne sont que pour les poutines est faux si on regarde leur site internet.

Ne pas mentir aux clients seraient déjà une bonne idée.

Une autre bonne idée serait aussi que les employés connaissent le menu.

•Il manquait des articles.
•Les frites gaufrées étaient molles & sans goût.
•Le burger au miel de feu est infect, les saveurs forment un amalgame très déplaisant en bouche & laisse un arrière-goût de cendrier amer.'Miel de feu', on s'attend à quelque chose de piquant mais ça ne l'est pas du tout.

50$ pour deux trios très décevants. Quand j'ai terminé mon repas (que je n'ai pas tout mangé), je me suis dit que j'aimerais revenir une heure en arrière pour ne pas choisir d'essayer du Jack le coq.
50$ de perdus pour une expérience désagréable.

Peu gras. Croustillant & que dire du poulet. Du vrai.

Il est meilleur que PFK, Poppers & Mary Brown's.

*Résolution de problème extrêmement laborieuse & inefficace par le service client*

Très bon poulet, par contre attendre presque 2h pour une livraison quand le commerce est à moins de 2km c'est inacceptable. Les frites gaufrées sont arrivées bien molles & imbibées de je ne sais quel liquide.

J'avais hâte de goûter mais l'expérience fut ordinaire. Le poulet était pas mauvais & plutôt croustillant mais vu qu'ils mettent la sauce direct sur le pain ça a le temps de tout absorber donc c'était sec & ça goutait pas grand chose (jack double) :( Les frites de la poutine étaient pâteuses … bref je trouve ça vraiment cher pour ce que c'est.

Excellent service. Le poulet était parfaitement cuit, vraiment délicieux. Les frites très bonnes, pareil pour la salade de chou. L'endroit est correcte. Pas pour un tête à tête 😉.
