Franchement, le serveur Abi est une vraie découverte. Dès que je suis arrivé, j'ai senti que c'était pas un serveur comme les autres. L'ambiance est super conviviale, le staff est actif, présent, & surtout à l'écoute. On sent qu'ils aiment ce qu'ils font & qu'ils prennent soin de leur clientèle.

Abi était sans aucun doute le meilleur serveur chez Jack Astor's, & ce n'était pas seulement une question de professionnalisme, mais aussi de personnalité, de passion & de dévouement. Dès qu'un client s'asseyait à une table dont il s'occupait, l'expérience devenait unique. Abi savait allier efficacité & chaleur humaine d'une façon rare. Son accueil était toujours authentique : un sourire sincère, un mot gentil, une blague subtile pour détendre l'atmosphère. Il ne se contentait pas de prendre des commandes, il faisait en sorte que chaque personne se sente spéciale, comme si elle était la seule à mériter toute son attention
