I had their "Club Sandwich" which turned out to be a major disappointment. Not that it tasted poor, in fact it tasted good - but it just isn't a club sandwich. It contained a southwest sauce & arugula, which is fine; i'm not against mixing up the recipe & the bread was focaccia, which was all fine. The problem is that it didn't have a middle layer of bread, making it a simple sandwich, not a club sandwich. The chicken, while tasting good, was TINY. In factm there was 3-4 times more bread than there was chicken. The ratio was WAY off. The chicken is supposed to be the STAR of this sandwich & it was relegated to the backstage. Service was good but not great (never came to refill water but very polite) but it is LOUD in here, making it difficult to have any kind of decent conversation.
Le service était "correct". Il a même fallu demandé à une autre employé de lui dire de venir nous voir. -Nous avons pris une assiette de poulet du menu d'enfant, celui-ci était trop épicé ou trop poivré. -Ma conjointe & moi avons pris la patate facie avec nos assiettes, ils était beaucoup salé ... - & au moment de la facture, on réalise qu'ils nous ont chargé plein pris pour le pain en casserole. La serveuse m'explique que malgré l'indication du rabais sur le menu, si on prend le pain en entré, aucune réduction s'applique. & que sa marche de même .. Facture de 200$ + Clairement, il y a mieux ailleurs
En tout ça dans le drink c'était pas marqué qui avait dû soda & il en on mis très déçu ... Pour les personnes qui ne bois pas de boissons gazeuses & qui met du soda
Absolutely great place. Haven't been to jacks in a few years but definitely recommend this location. They speak English & French & the service & food was excellent.
Great food but the bathrooms weren't very clean. One didn't have soap, another one the sink was leaking all over the floor. Food was good & service was okay
Belle expérience, la nourriture était bonne & les plats étaient plutôt copieux. Le service était très aimable & efficace, tout s'est très bien passé, niveau ambiance il y a beaucoup de place assise j'imagine que quand il y a plus de monde c'est moins agréable mais là c'était très agréable. De plus la déco est très jolie ! Niveau prix ça reste dans la moyenne des prix d'un restaurant, plutôt raisonnable !
