Our entire experience here was just nearly flawless. We received excellent bilingual service from our waitress. Since we were eating on the terrace (which is heated), they allowed us to have our dog. Our waitress noticed & even brought her some water! The food was excellent. My chicken was moist, tender, & flavourful. The fries were seasoned quite nicely. The reason I removed a star is because 2 fairly common items were unavailable from the menu because they ran out. If we arrived late in the evening I'd understand. But not having & lemonade or beef patties remaining at 6-6:30 is a little wild. Thankfully the menu had tons of other solid items to choose. Our Plan B was still delicious.
First time there. Met my cousins for a quick lunch. It wasn't crowded at all. Our server, Sheena, was just the best & the cutest with her adorable dimples. I was driving, & she recommended some drinks that I would enjoy without alcohol. Will definitely come back.

Ambiance chaleureuse, service assez bon/normal Portions assez généreuse pour les frites. Mon hamburger au champignon étais vraiment bon, surtout avec le extra fromage de chèvre, ça up le game au boutte, lol
Jack Astor's in Laval is a great place to hang out with an amazing atmosphere. I visited recently & ordered food, but there was a slight delay with one of my dishes. The staff were very professional & removed that item from our bill without hesitation. The food was excellent, & everyone in our group enjoyed their meals. The staff are friendly & attentive, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this restaurant & look forward to coming back again.
Disappointing experience. We visited on a Friday night & were immediately turned off by dirty beer glasses. After requesting replacements, the new ones were still not clean. To make matters worse, we found a hair in our food. Given these hygiene issues, we won't be returning.
First Timer. Plenty of parking around. Went there with no reservation, staffs were welcoming & found us a table even if it was heavily packed. There was a live DJ & atmosphere was really nice. As for food, the portions were really good except for the burger which was a lil bit smaller than average. Drinks also were okay. Nothing really stood out but overall a good experience. #recommended 👌
