Absolutely great place. Haven't been to jacks in a few years but definitely recommend this location. They speak English & French & the service & food was excellent.

Great food but the bathrooms weren't very clean. One didn't have soap, another one the sink was leaking all over the floor. Food was good & service was okay

Belle expérience, la nourriture était bonne & les plats étaient plutôt copieux. Le service était très aimable & efficace, tout s'est très bien passé, niveau ambiance il y a beaucoup de place assise j'imagine que quand il y a plus de monde c'est moins agréable mais là c'était très agréable. De plus la déco est très jolie ! Niveau prix ça reste dans la moyenne des prix d'un restaurant, plutôt raisonnable !

Always a good spot to stop by for a quick snack & drink. Staff was very attentive & friendly Reasonable priced. Lots of parking Kid friendly too

After spending a couple of hours at the Cosmodome, we decided to go for a late lunch/early dinner. This looked like it would fit the bill & it certainly did. Very friendly service & top notch food & drinks! Loved the chicken fingers! Delicious!

The staff & service was great & food was okay - but food is okay for the whole franchise. I've been to another Jack Astor & the food is just mid all across. Felt flat, taste wise, & chicken was stringy. The fries are good at least.

This was a first for me; I never received my main dish. My friends & I shared two appetizers & when the mains arrived, my friends got theirs & I never received mine. I just assumed mine would take longer than theirs but I guess our waitress forgot? I ended up canceling my main dish & just paid for the appetizers & drink I had. I had to call the waitress back to make her aware that my food did not come. I paid $30 bucks & I felt like I ate basically nothing :(

Good atmosphere, good service, Gabriella was such a sweet heart. Only thing I was disappointed about the natcho, I was expecting a good amount of cheese but was not a lot so was very dry. But last time I went there was more cheese. So maybe was just a one time thing. Still a good place to go relax. I'll go again.
