David got in touch & made amends. He was most apologetic. The group went back & had a wonderful time. Although we didn't meet David we had the pleasure of meeting Bash (manager) Kaisha (server) & Kat (sever) . They were very friendly & did everything in their power to make the night a success.
Not many people are big enough to admit when they are wrong. We really appreciate the gesture & will definitely be going back!
Birthday reservation for 18 people on a 20th birthday. The reservation got canceled & after 40 minutes of waiting they refused to seat or serve the group. The manager David is absolutely incompetent. Very rude & unprofessional.
The Service at Jack Astor's was amazing the food was delicious & the manager Bash was very nice & professional if you wanted something Bash would make it happen I highly recommend to go eat or have a party at Jack Astor's

Excellent service! Mon cocktail était délicieux & mon repas est arrivé rapidement. Ma serveuse Emilee était sympathique, disponible & souriante. Je vais définitivement revenir!
Heidi was an absolute ANGEL last Saturday night. Went out with my friends & she gave us the best service. What a beautiful smile. Will come back just for her!
Went about a week ago, our waitress Carolyne was an amazing ! Service was 10/10! She regularly came to check up on us & made sure everything was good from start to finish. The nachos are very good & worth the price, definitely going again soon !
