Créer une nouvelle expérience culinaire indienne qui nous ressemble et qui rassemble avec un bar à cocktails de qualité supérieure et faire découvrir non seulement la nourriture mais aussi les breuvages traditionnels indiens. C’était ça, la motivation première derrière le concept du India Rosa.

Nice environment & friendly staff
Shared 3 meals with friends : the BÉNÉ POULET AU BEURRE, LOVED the ‘ BÉNÉ MALAI KOFTA' , OEUFS CHANA MASALA.
The tea chai felt diluted, need more spices.

via LibroGreat vibe & drinks. But be aware: This is ''Neo-Indian'' food (fusion food), not authentic Indian cuisine. I am Indian & have travelled through India, so I am well-qualified to judge. If you want traditional Indian food, this is not the place for it. That said, the food is tasty & the restaurant gives you a sophisticated lounge experience. It is priced accordingly & always busy. Clearly, this is what customers want, so it is doing well.

We went there for my girlfriend's birthday. Ordered Soups, Samosas, Onion Bahji, Poulet Hariyali, Morue d'islande à la goan (Codfish), Poulet au beurre (butter chicken), Naan breads & Rice. The portions were great for 2 people, probably even a little too much ! The best plate was definitely the Butter Chicken, although the Morue (Codfish) was great also. They gave us a surprise dessert (Gulab Jamun) for my partner's anniversary, which was nice from them.
Beware, it is better to reserve your place, as there was no place available left for walk-in at 6pm.
The only negative aspect of the restaurant was the music level, as it is a bit too high. My partner & I almost had to scream to hear each other lol.
Other than that, it is a very beautiful restaurant, with a mix of modern & rustic decoration. Definitely one of the top Indian restaurant in Montreal, food-wise, place, & service.

The food was so tasty portions were perfect & platting was exquisite & fun to eat & not to mention one of the most delicious lattes i have had yet !! Humble, courteous & bilingual, the staff was welcoming & made for a great experience. Beautiful decore & spotless eating area. We will definately be back soon :)
One of the places in Montreal you can call home. After much thoughts & juggling the list of Indian restaurants here, we decided to visit India Rosa to satisfy our temptation for garlic naan & chicken tikka masala. I must say, this place does the justice. From that moment onwards, this place has become our go-to place for Indian food. It suits out palate well. I'm counting days to go there again.

The food was delicious & the tapas format fun to share. The service was great, much more attentive than most establishments. I highly recommend for a date night or fun catch up with friends.

The mixologists behind the bar create to die for drinks with art & skill, which is a joy to watch. A huge recommendation for whatever reason you're venturing out for the evening!

via LibroWas so excited to try out this restaurant as so many people spoke quite highly about it online. Not gonna lie, I was a bit disappointed. The food & drinks were great, but quite overpriced for the amount you get per entree. I compared it to another Indian restaurant I went to a couple months ago where the ambiance was better, you didn't have to speak loudly to hear the other person at your table, & it was much more reasonable price wise. So overall, I would skip this place & try out one of the many other Indian restaurants in Mtl instead.

via LibroWe went to India Rosa for the first time last weekend. It was one of the best meals I have had in a very long time. Indian restaurants often have the same things on their menu, but India Rosa had some new & delicious appetizers & entrees. I especially enjoyed the Paneer Tikka & the Dahi Puri. The cocktail choices were also interesting & oh so tasty! The servers were very friendly, accommodating & helpful. The atmosphere was informal & comfortable. I highly recommend India Rose!!

via LibroBad brunch, avoid it. Instead come for dinner as they actually do have good Indian food, but the brunch food just misses all points for what its hyped up to be. Bland, the menu misdirects the customer & a total PASS. Don't waste your money on this 40$ brunch. Definitely not worth it.
