Créer une nouvelle expérience culinaire indienne qui nous ressemble et qui rassemble avec un bar à cocktails de qualité supérieure et faire découvrir non seulement la nourriture mais aussi les breuvages traditionnels indiens. C’était ça, la motivation première derrière le concept du India Rosa.

I visited India Rosa with a friend for brunch, & as a self-proclaimed eggs Benedict snob, I think I've found my new favorite way to eat it. The cozy atmosphere & unique take on brunch classics had me excited from the start, & the dishes we tried were nothing short of delicious.

India Rosa brings an exciting fusion of Indian flavors into traditional brunch dishes. Each plate is beautifully crafted, with bold spices & creative combinations that make you think differently about brunch.
Our Picks:
• Bene Butter Chicken: As an eggs Benedict enthusiast, I was blown away by this dish. The rich butter chicken was served on soft brioche bread, & the addition of cashew nuts, fried onions, Brussels sprouts, green peas, & sorrel sprouts created an incredible mix of textures & flavors. I honestly think I've found a new way to enjoy eggs Benedict-this twist had me hooked!
• Chicken & Waffles: The masala waffles were light & full of flavor, paired with fried tandoori chicken that was crispy on the outside & juicy on the inside. The cari & lime sour sauce added a tangy kick, while the spiced honey & cashews brought the perfect balance of sweet & savory. It was a dish that kept surprising me with each bite.
• Rosa's French Toast: Coated in panko crumbs & five Indian spices, this French toast had a crispy, spiced exterior that made it stand out from the usual. Topped with fresh fruit, maple caramel, lime yogurt, & maple syrup, it was a decadent, yet light treat. The flavors melded together perfectly, making it a must-try.
Service:
The service was friendly, efficient, & knowledgeable. Our server was more than happy to help us navigate the menu, & the food came out at a perfect pace. The staff made us feel right at home, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Pricing:
While India Rosa is a bit on the pricier side for brunch, the creativity behind the dishes & the quality of the ingredients make it worth every penny. We spent about $50 per person for three dishes & drinks, & considering the generous portions & unique flavors, it's definitely a splurge worth taking.

Very trendy place, which means noisy & packed, with thumping music in the background. Not great for a Sunday brunch. Food OK, salmon was way over spiced. A bit expensive for our meals with bread making up a good part of the dishes. Wine by the glass at $16-17, decided to pass. Friendly service, they are kept very busy but seem to manage. Quelle belle découverte! Ça faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas mangé dans un restaurant où toute les saveurs sont au rendez-vous. J'y suis allée un mardi soir & toute l'équipe, serveur & suiteurs, étaient d'une gentillesse & d'un professionnalisme exceptionnel! & que dire du décor! Awesome brunch spot. One of the rare that accept reservation so that's a plus. You get to enjoy a variety of Indian inspired dishes in a cozy vibe. We ordered the Lamb Cari Benedict, Butter Chicken Benedict, Chicken & Waffles, & Rosa's Omelet. Each dish was a masterful blend of flavors. Visited for brunch. They offer their dinner menu & brunch menu, which was very convenient. Butter chicken is absolutely phenomenal. I don't recommend the salmon bagel. The bagel was extremely hard. The butter chicken definitely made up for it. Some of the best I've ever had. Unfortunately, it seemed they were understaffed. They had one waiter for the whole restaurant. Je le connais pour souper, mais le brunch!!! La carte des choses à boire est très variée, avec un mimosa à 5$ avant midi (ça vaut la peine de se lever d'bonheur!). Des ingrédients locaux comme de la Camerise Menaud agrémente des cocktails pour littéralement tous les goûts. Avec un quartier d'orange déshydratée en deco. Wow, beau & délicieux! La bouffe est aussi avenante que le service (impeccable, rapide, respectueux & souriant). J'aime ce menu ultra diversifié où tout est difficile à choisir! J'ai pris la gaufre avec poulet frit tandoori & ma fille a pris un ordre de patates (délicieusement assaisonnées!) avec un pain doré frit au panko aux épices indiennes. Love it there. Definitely our go-to Indian restaurant in Montréal. The food is great & the servings are generous. I especially like the Palak paneer & Dahl Makhani. Extensive cocktail selection. This place is also great for brunch. The brunch menu is still very Indian, but not too heavy or spicy. ----- I still love India Rosa & go regularly, but we have very poor servcie at our last dinner on Mont-Royal.
