Créer une nouvelle expérience culinaire indienne qui nous ressemble et qui rassemble avec un bar à cocktails de qualité supérieure et faire découvrir non seulement la nourriture mais aussi les breuvages traditionnels indiens. C’était ça, la motivation première derrière le concept du India Rosa.
Nous voulions exécuter cette symbiose parfaite entre notre culture indienne et la « Montréalité » que nous vivons depuis plus de 30 ans !

Reserved a table for my wife's birthday. Got seated at the table fairly quick.
The menu was well structured & clearly showed what type of dish each one was.
The food was also very quick to arrive.
The taste:
We ordered Mushroom Tandoori for appetizers & this was hands down the best tasting vegetarian tandoor we've had in Montreal. The chutney was also very well balanced in flavour & consistency, not runny nor solid.
For the main course we ordered Dal Makhani & a side of rice. The flavours were on point & the dal was nice & creamy.
We also got a couple of drinks, both the alcoholic & non-alcoholic tasted great & the flavours of the ingredients were pretty evident.
via LibroI went for lunch with a friend. Food was very good ambiance amazing & drinks very tasty. Waiters were nice & efficient. Covid protocol was well adhered to. I only have good words for this place & would highly recommend it if you're into a Indian fusion like experience.
via LibroService was very slow. It took 25 minutes for server to greet us. We got our food before our drinks. Then after paying & while drinking our coffee, the manager reminded us that we had to leave our table soon because our 2 hour reservation window was soon up. That was not at all appreciated. The food was overall very good & ambiance was nice.
via LibroA group of us went to celebrate my mom's birthday last night at India Rosa & I can honestly tell you it was such a memorable night. From drinks to the food to our waitress. Everything was top notch 👌 the food was really delicious the drinks were so so so good & our waitress was so sweet. Everything made it such a great night, we will definitely be going back.

Excellent brunch, service, staff sympa & amical.
Le brunch est unique en ville avec des saveurs indiennes. Essayez le poulet sur gaufre & vous en reverez la nuit! Ils ont le souci du détail dans la présentation des plats mais également au niveau de la carte des drinks.

We have done a lot of Indian restaurants in our life time (my family & I) & it was the best!
My brother loved the chicken tikka masala! He said it was the best one in the world!! Chicken was juicy, tender & cooked to perfection! He even said he was going to cry on how good it was! (He's 30 years old lol)
The food did not take a lot of time to arrive at our table. We are used to wait for 1:00-1:30 for our food & it arrive 30 minutes later! The food was delicious & served on warm plates! After we devoured our entrees/tapas, they changed our ustensiles & gave us more napkins.
The drinks were amazing, pretty & flavourful!
The staff was great, friendly & really take care of you!
Will be going back for sure!

The service was good & the staff was courteos.
For drinks we ordered what the staff recommended & it was worth it.
The main course & appetizers were well done except the madras curry could have been a bit more spicier.

I do not recommend going here if you want Indian food. Service was ok, had to keep trying to get the waitress attention for drinks, food & the bill. Job well done on the decor.

A truly delightful & perfect evening! For my Husband & I, India Rosa is the ONLY choice for date night. The atmosphere is amazing; sophisticated & relaxing, the music is amazing & not too loud, the decor is original & attractive & the restaurant is always pleasantly buzzing with an appreciative clientele. The measures put in place to protect staff & clients from COVID19 are effective & discrete. The young lady who took our order had an engaging nature & smiling eyes in spite of her mask; she couldn't have been more helpful & she offered a flawless & friendly customer service.
As for the food... There is not one dish we've tried at India Rosa that isn't beautifully prepared. Each dish is presented to delight each of the senses, & to entice the taste buds with fragrant odours of spices & the most freshly-prepared ingredients. The Indian-themed cocktails are unique & amazing; the drink comes prepared to look like a work of art!
As a customer who clearly has nothing negative to say at all about India Rosa, my only question to you would be, if you haven't already given this restaurant a try...WHY NOT?
via LibroFood was surprisingly good for a "modern" Indian.. Shrimp Vindaloo was legitimately spicy & flavorful. Lamb Biryani was good too. We had 6 différent cocktails & all were a hit. The bartender knows his craft really well - he suggested drinks according to my complicated palate lol.

Great atmosphere & service despite being open during a global pandemic. Hostess went above to ensure that the birthday girl didn't know it was a surprise dinner. Food & drinks were amazing! Definitely going back !!
