My friends & I were very much looking forward to experiencing everything Indiarosa had to offer, & after having paid well over 250-300$, we left utterly disappointed! While the food was great, the service was absolutely horrendous. We waited for everything.. drinks took 30 minutes, the appetizers another 30 min, but wait the kicker was the main meal( which we ordered at the same time as our drinks & appetizers at 7:15), only arrived at 10:30. I have never had to wait or ask the waiter when my food will come in any restaurants I've been to. I would have understood if the place was busy, but it wasn't at all. They completely forgot our meal! We were the last ones to leave.the lack of communication between the kitchen & your waiting staff was very poor & could benefit with additional training. They did offer to give us free desserts- for what? For waiting 3 hours for our main meal?! No thanks! He was lucky we even gave him some tips. We wanted to come back with a larger group when we first entered the space, but left frustrated, annoyed, & disappointed. I would love to speak to a manager about my experience.

Please bring back more mocktails & the old options. The old mocktails were much better!

Ruined our Xmas dinner! My wife ordered over CAD$300 dinner for 6 persons on their website. We got their confirmation & our credit card was charged. We were supposed to pick it up December 24 at 7 PM. When we got to the restaurant it was closed & all lights off. Tried to call them but no one answered. At that time everything else around was closed so we ended up ordering fast food & being really embarrassed with our guests. We had to go to the restaurant to get a refund. Only thing they said was "Sorry, there must be a problem with our system"!! Really No Kidding!

Everything was perfect except the arrogance of the manager. They have challenges with their payment card devices so be careful not to be charged twice. The manager is well aware of the problem & obviously ticked off & cannot manage the stress. He becomes not polite & very arrogant which very unfortunate as all the other experiences were great. I hope he gets fired!View more

1ere visite pour un brunch. Très Beau restaurant, énorme bar. 4 plat, tous super bon! 4 cocktail au top. & 3 dessert succulent. Les serveurs étais sympathique & professionnel. Très belle expérience. On va retourner pour le souper.View more

Tout était parfait sauf que j'aurais aimé que l'on m'informe que la nourriture était fortement épicée. J'aurais pu demander un peu moins épicée car c'était délicieux mais j'étais désolée de ne pouvoir terminer mon repas.

The only reason for the 4 star was that there was not enough server staff. It took a considerable amount of time to get the attention of our server as they were so busy

Très belle première expérience, le service était 5 étoiles, la gentillesse & l'efficacité de notre serveuse a rendu notre repas plus qu'agréable! & que dire de l'élément vedette: la nourriture, explosion de saveurs & délice visuel!

La liste de cocktails a été changée. J'ai retrouvé le goût de boire des cocktails sur mont royal. Je m'en faisais un plaisir lorsque j'y allais. Déception maintenant. Fini pour moi.

La serveuse, une jeune blonde, a été plus que décevante!!!
Pas un sourire, pas un mot, l'air écoeurée d'être là il a même fallu qu'on lève le ton pour lui dire d'arrêter de venir nous servir le vin; on le fera nous-mêmes!!! Exécrable cette manie de servir le vin sir rapidement, je comprends que vous le faite dans le but qu'on en achète d'autre mais une fois ça va après laissez-nous tranquilles!!!
Donc, elle devrait suivre des cours d'entré-gens, lui apprendre à sourire!!!
