India Rosa is an absolute gem when it comes to Indian fusion cuisine! From the moment you walk in, the warm & vibrant atmosphere sets the tone for a memorable dining experience. The decor is chic yet inviting-perfect for a date night or a casual dinner with friends.
The food is a perfect balance of traditional Indian flavors with a modern twist. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, & cooked to perfection. On top of that, the complimentary food service was a lovely touch-a rare gesture that made us feel truly welcomed & appreciated.
Whether you're a fan of Indian food or just looking to try something new, India Rosa delivers a five-star experience from start to finish. Can't wait to go back!View more
We went on a Friday night. The ambiance & the decore of the restaurant is incredible nice. Server knows the menu which is amazing. The food & the cocktail is incredible. We will definitely be backView more
The best food we had our entire trip, the Lamb was perfectly cooked & the flavors were absolutely phenomenal. Super friendly wait staff, gorgeous decor, & Located on the best street to wander & shop as well.View more
Service was amazing / The atmosphere is a big wow visually
The food was all tasty but to be honnest the price are a bit high for what it is, but it's normal you pay for the decoView more
Great food & drinks, awesome decor & top notch service! I recommend this spot!View more
Decent service, delicious food & many many options on the menu. However the portions are not very generous but the flavors make up for it. Mocktails are great! The decor is very beautifulView more
The three of us really enjoyed our dinner at India Rosa-Griffintown. The food was excellent! I recommend the Salmon Tikka. We had a great table by the window & an excellent server. It's a beautiful restaurant decore-wise, & even on usually slow Monday night it was a busy, happening place. Nevertheless, the noise-level was reasonable. I highly recommend India Rosa - Griffintown.View more
From the outside, the establishment is beautiful. As soon as you walk in the door, you're taken away by the smell of what the chefs are cooking. Inside it's a very sophisticated & romantic atmosphere with beautiful decor. Our waitress were very kind, & didn't hesitate explaining some of the items on the menu - very welcomed for us since it was our first time trying authentic Indian food. The food was absolutely delicious, matched the wonderful smells from when we walked in, & the portions were generous. 10/10 would recommend & 100% will be going back!View more
We came on a Monday (during holiday season) & we usually come for the brunch (which is only offered on weekends). Since it was during the holidays I thought they might be offering the brunch (wishful thinking). So this review is for their non brunch menu. Anyways, the dishes we ordered: chicken tikka tandoori- it was super tender & beautifully presented, the Lamb Kashmiri - super flavourful & the malai kofta was like an Indian style gnocchi- I found the sauce to be creamy but not so spicy/flavorful but this was more a dish for my daughter. The cheese naan was great too. Service was attentive, our water was filled without asking & she checked in on us every once in awhile. The decor at this location is so colourful & love the high ceilings. Overall just a great classy place. It is a bit on the high price for Indian food. But with great service & ambiance it's worth it. One thing I did notice was that their sauces weren't "heavy" or greasy as in some of the mom & pop Indian restaurants.View more
The food was delicious, & served by friendly staff. Very nice decore.View more
View more
I went to India Rosa for brunch with my little sister & a friend. The decor is really beautiful & cozy! The food was really delicious with the India spices well blended in all the different dishes we took!! We truly enjoyed our time there. The only comment I have will be on kid/baby friendliness. I was with my 5month baby in her stroller & yes we got a seat that accommodate that however I was really surprised to hear that they do not have a changing table in their toilet which was my first time to encounter in a restaurant. The waitress still suggested that If I needed to change the baby she could arrange a space to do so which was really nice. But thankfully my baby didn't do any blowout so I ended up changing my baby in my car when we were done at the restaurant just to be more confortable. So all this to say, that I will suggest that the restaurant install a changing table in one of their toilet so people with babies will also feel more included.View more

India Rosa is a gem! From the moment you step in, the vibrant decor sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The menu is a delightful journey through India's culinary landscape, with each dish bursting with authentic flavors & creative twists. The butter chicken is creamy perfection, & the samosas are crispy bites of heaven. The staff is warm & welcoming, adding to the restaurant's charm. Whether you're a spice lover or prefer milder tastes, India Rosa has something to satisfy every palate. Don't miss the refreshing mango lassi - it's the perfect way to end a fantastic meal. Highly recommended!View more
pro: very tasty food pro: good decor pro: good service con: pricey for the amount of foodView more
View more
MerciView more
View more
Délicieux! Mais les portions pourraient être plus généreuses. Le décor est bluffant! Le service impeccable.View more

Je recommandeView more
We celebrated a friend's birthday at India Rosa, a choice inspired by its spacious setting & appealing decor, which immediately set a promising stage for our group of four. The staff greeted us with courtesy, readily offering insights into the extensive menu that caters to a wide range of preferences, from tantalizing tapas to substantial main dishes. The culinary journey at India Rosa was a rollercoaster of highs & lows. On one hand, the flavors were nothing short of incredible, demonstrating a keen eye for culinary detail & a mastery of spice that deserves every bit of praise. Each dish presented to us was a testament to the chef's skill in crafting memorable dining experiences through taste. However, our dining experience took a turn when it came to the portion sizes relative to the price. The main dishes, although visually appealing & rich in flavor, were disappointingly small, making them barely shareable among us. This was a significant drawback, as I found myself leaving the restaurant still feeling hungry, a sentiment echoed by the rest of our party. While the ambiance & service at India Rosa were commendable, the portion to price ratio is a critical area that needs reevaluation. In a city bustling with diverse dining options, the value offered by a restaurant can be a deciding factor for repeat visits. Unfortunately, despite the high notes in flavors & service, the lack of value in the portions means I will not be returning. For those seeking a culinary adventure that satisfies not just the palate but also the appetite, it might be wise to explore other venues.View more
Service rapide & respectueux. Plat copieux & goûteux. Je vous le recommandeView more
India Rosa is a pleasant surprise. The decor screams Carrefour Laval, but the food bussin' 4 real! Every thing we ate was pure delight.View more
Hi,
I want to be as sincere as possible as this was my first time going to an India Rosa restaurant. I made a reservation for 5pm as the spots were taken quickly, the reservation states that the time limit is 2.5hrs. Unfortunately - my part of 3 & I arrived late. As we were stuck in traffic, I tried calling 3 times without luck. Each time i was placed on hold or my call "dropped" meaning I had to call again. On the 4th try, someone finally answered & mentioned it was fine, & to keep in mind we have 2.5 hrs. Absolutely understandable & appreciated at that point.
Once we arrived, there were 3 people by the hosting area & we were ignored until my friend approached one to say we had a reservation. With an attitude, the hostess replied "I told you over the phone by 7:30, we have a reservation at that table." .... ok. Comment, in her tone with an attitude..... not necessary.
We were 30 minutes late, when seated, we were only brought 1 menu. Just 1. We asked for another one & again, another hostess said with an attitude "I said I'll be right back" for us to not see her again. We were late 30 minutes, how could the hostess or whoever prepares the menus NOT have some ready in hand? Why the lack of preparations when the restaurant was not that full. We were trying to be cordial with the time frame that was repeatedly mentioned to us & now we have to wait for menus?
I had to ask the waitress who looked over-worked & exhausted. She did a great job getting us all that we needed at the best of her abilities. Inclusively, she was kind enough to re-do our receipts as we split something in the menu. Even there, I could tell the waitress was frustrated but she dis it gracefully either way.
It's unfortunately that the first people we encounter at your restaurant seem to be overly pretentious, exude poor mannerism/customer service & lack team work/efforts as the waitress had to finalize the job they should have initially done.
The food was awesome. The decor is beautiful. The servers, exceptional. The hostess truly ruined a potential 5/5.
Perfect for a girls night out. I don't drink, so food quality is important for me & it did not disappoint. I judge Indian restaurants by their naan & this was goooood. Everything was delicious. Service was attentive. Decor is on trend. I have to try their brunch!View more
