I've been a huge fan for years, but lately their sundaes are a bit of a miss for me. The latest one had 1 total strawberry on it, & the cake was dense & tasted just like flour. The rice crisp things got all soggy on the ice cream, especially all on the bottom. The expectation vs reality for this one was just really disappointing. This location has repeatedly given me the dairy version (4 separate times!) when I ordered the vegan too. I'll still go because I like supporting local business & they have really great options usually, but not as often as I used to.

Their soft serve is so good it makes you question every life decision that led you to eating mediocre ice cream before this. It's perfectly creamy & somehow disappears way faster than physics should allow. suspiciously easy to keep eating even after you've already said'okay I'm done' four times.
But the sundaes…that is a group project. That's something you make eye contact with & immediately start planning who you're calling for backup. In all seriousness though come hungry leave in a food coma.

Passé aujourd'hui, pour une fois il n'y avait pas de line up. Pourquoi 2 étoiles? Ne touchez pas à l'ouragan ( blizzard chez Mcdo). Non seulement, le prix est exorbitant pour un petit (10$ tx incl.) mais ce n'est pas du tout un'ouragan'...des pepites de chocolat au choix mis sur de la crême glacé , absolument pas passé dans la machine à mixer. Bref, un sundae... plus cher. Honnêtement, c'est de la fausse représentation. Le mix à la machine est la raison pourquoi on appelle ça un ouragan. Pas que je le fasse le mix moi-même.

Tried their ice cream, although likely should have went with their soft serve! Will try again next time.

Lots of variety & fun sundaes & soft serves available!

Unfortunately we were interested in trying the ice cream cones which may not be their specialty when looking at their Instagram. We went with a raspberry sorbet (5/10, a bit too on the sour end) & the basil lime (3/10, recommended by the staff, definitely unique but not for us). The waffle cone was quite good!

Menu is entirely in French & can be confusing to understand as other reviewers have pointed out. Staff are generally friendly (although busy) though.

We will likely be back to try their soft serve (more of their specialty)!

Iconic ice cream in the plateau. Asked for a recommendation & it did not disappoint. Ended up getting a strawberry cheesecake-esque sundae. Their menu is difficult to read but sometimes I just look around to see what others are getting & ask for that!

The sundaes are just too massive. Delicious but very hard to finish. The price is getting up there.

One of the best ice cream spots in Montreal hands down. It's a little pricey, ~15$ after taxes & tip for the sundae Iconoglace, but definitely worth it. Wait times can get a little long, especially on warm days (up to 45min), but all the employees do their best to keep the line moving fast & help the customers with their choices since there's so many options to choose from.

I usually always go for the sundae Iconoglace of the moment cause I love trying different things (I tried the'La Isla Bonita' with mango compote, coco lime cake & homemade coconut tapioca which was amazing).
