The ice cream was delicious, especially the hard ice cream. However, I was disappointed with the hygiene. The staff handled the waffle cones with bare hands, without gloves or even a napkin. Since customers eat the cone itself, this doesn't feel hygienic. When I politely asked them to use a napkin, the staff member seemed annoyed, which wasn't a pleasant experience. I hope they improve their hygiene practices because the ice cream is really good.

I mean it is good, but definitely not worth to wait in the line at their peak hours. They have all kinds of fun desserts & as people have pointed out the menu is overwhelming.
Took their classic ice-cream pistachio + something (I guess it means it was forgettable) to asses the flavours. Its a good icecream, would go back. However not close to a classic European artisana gelato or icecream.

Tried their ice cream, although likely should have went with their soft serve! Will try again next time.

Lots of variety & fun sundaes & soft serves available!

Unfortunately we were interested in trying the ice cream cones which may not be their specialty when looking at their Instagram. We went with a raspberry sorbet (5/10, a bit too on the sour end) & the basil lime (3/10, recommended by the staff, definitely unique but not for us). The waffle cone was quite good!

Menu is entirely in French & can be confusing to understand as other reviewers have pointed out. Staff are generally friendly (although busy) though.

We will likely be back to try their soft serve (more of their specialty)!

Méfiez-vous des photos Instagram & de la longue file d'attente.

L'endroit mise beaucoup sur son image sur instagram, ses couleurs & sa présence sur les réseaux sociaux, mais beaucoup moins sur la qualité du produit.

Après une longue file d'attente, j'ai été déçue par le goût absent très commercial, qui ressemble à tout sauf à une glace artisanale.
J'ai payé 15 $ pour une crème molle qui laisse à désirer.
