New location, same exceptional quality & flavors. Never disappoints my summer ice cream cravings. So many options to choose from. One of my top pick ice cream spots in montreal. Definitely a must try if you havent already.
It's alright. Some of what's available is expensive for what it is (Coaticook). The menu is confusing, & I really don't like the wannabe Trump slogan they have up there (make quebec great again).
Edit: after a recent visit I still feel the same way about this overpriced & overhyped ice cream & it apparently has nothing to do with their Trump slogan that I so stupidly misunderstood. Crazy.
the queues are worth waiting for! scoops are very generous. the speculoos ouragan ('hurricane') is a good choice, with stewed pair, ice cream, dulce de leche & speculoos.

I've been a huge fan for years, but lately their sundaes are a bit of a miss for me. The latest one had 1 total strawberry on it, & the cake was dense & tasted just like flour. The rice crisp things got all soggy on the ice cream, especially all on the bottom. The expectation vs reality for this one was just really disappointing. This location has repeatedly given me the dairy version (4 separate times!) when I ordered the vegan too. I'll still go because I like supporting local businesses & they have really great options usually, but not as often as I used to.
Their soft serve is so good it makes you question every life decision that led you to eating mediocre ice cream before this. It's perfectly creamy & somehow disappears way faster than physics should allow. suspiciously easy to keep eating even after you've already said'okay I'm done' four times.
But the sundaes…that is a group project. That's something you make eye contact with & immediately start planning who you're calling for backup. In all seriousness though come hungry leave in a food coma.
Can't say we didn't love this spot! It is spacious inside & properly staffed. The workers were serving both ice cream & looks, & the line moves fast & systematically. Most importantly, the ice cream was fantastic! Do yourself a favour & read the menu before going, it's EXTENSIVE!
I do think taste is subjective so it would be nice if they were kinder to different opinions I guess.
The ice cream was delicious, especially the hard ice cream. However, I was disappointed with the hygiene. The staff handled the waffle cones with bare hands, without gloves or even a napkin. Since customers eat the cone itself, this doesn't feel hygienic. When I politely asked them to use a napkin, the staff member seemed annoyed, which wasn't a pleasant experience. I hope they improve their hygiene practices because the ice cream is really good.
I mean it is good, but definitely not worth to wait in the line at their peak hours. They have all kinds of fun desserts & as people have pointed out the menu is overwhelming.
Took their classic ice-cream pistachio + something (I guess it means it was forgettable) to asses the flavours. Its a good icecream, would go back. However not close to a classic European artisana gelato or icecream.
