Nous avons adoré notre sundae, que nous avons partagé à deux avec une cuillère supplémentaire. L'attente de quelques minutes en a grandement valu la peine.

C'était ok. Pas mauvais, pas particulièrement impressionnant non plus. À ce prix, je m'attendais à un peu plus de finesse au niveau du goût. Par contre, la texture de la glace molle est incroyable & elle a un très bel aspect visuel.

Je ne comprends pas trop la file d'attente souvent longue pour acheter leur produit, mais bon, les gens font la file pour n'importe quoi ces jours-ci.

The owner's responses to critical reviews is appalling. I cant imagine there is genuine passion behind your food & concept or you would be receptive to criticism. It put me off of this place & comes off hostile & unprofessional.

Passé aujourd'hui, pour une fois il n'y avait pas de line up. Pourquoi 2 étoiles? Ne touchez pas à l'ouragan ( blizzard chez Mcdo). Non seulement, le prix est exorbitant pour un petit (10$ tx incl.) mais ce n'est pas du tout un'ouragan'...des pepites de chocolat au choix mis sur de la crême glacé , absolument pas passé dans la machine à mixer. Bref, un sundae... plus cher. Honnêtement, c'est de la fausse représentation. Le mix à la machine est la raison pourquoi on appelle ça un ouragan. Pas que je le fasse le mix moi-même.

The ice cream was delicious, especially the hard ice cream. However, I was disappointed with the hygiene. The staff handled the waffle cones with bare hands, without gloves or even a napkin. Since customers eat the cone itself, this doesn't feel hygienic. When I politely asked them to use a napkin, the staff member seemed annoyed, which wasn't a pleasant experience. I hope they improve their hygiene practices because the ice cream is really good.
