The experience was somewhat underwhelming. We ordered a rice plate & a bowl of squid soup, but both dishes were unfortunately quite bland. Compared to their Jean Talon location, the flavors just didn't measure up-perhaps due to the absence of the owner (?), who is often present there & known for maintaining quality. I agree with others guests that this could be pricey : the protein portion sizes also felt small for the price, which makes the overall value hard to justify. Honestly, I would have rated this 1 star based on the food alone, but I don't want to hurt a small business. That said, I do feel it's important to be honest so others know what to expect.

Tout nouveau restaurant vietnamien sur le boulevard Taschereau (décors simple avec une touche de rouge & de plantes vertes) menu à la carte très varié. Menu midi express disponible. Il y a également un menu table d'hôte pour environ 30$, incluant soupe & banane frite. Les soupes repas sont tout simplement savoureuses. Stationnement à l'arrière facile d'accès & disponible. Belle découverte qui ajoute un peu plus de variété alimentaire sur cet axe routier, juste au coin de la rue Charles. Je le recommande autant pour ceux qui veulent découvrir que pour les amateurs.

Notre 2em passage depuis la récente ouverture.
Le Pho Da Biet est excellent ils sont vraiment généreux sur la Viande.
Les serveuses & servers sont parfaits rapides Courtois & toujours souriants.
Les toilettes pour femmes sont Super propres & modernes.
Une soupe santé qui réchauffe votre âme!

The ambience & decorations are genuinely beautiful. The Pho Dac Biet is flavourful & sticks to your soul in a good kinda way.
Staff is serviceable & kind.
It's not the first time I'll offer my patronage to the place.

Food was mid but but at a higher cost. The imperial rolls are so tiny for 6$, other viet restaurants in brossard charges maybe 7-8$ but its twice the size.
Now service wise, how do I even start, this is almost 2 weeks after opening.
They assigned me to a table pretty quickly, which is great, but no one, & I mean absolutely no one pay attention to who needs to order at all. Waiters are walking around but no one paying attention.
After 10 minutes of waiting, I finally had to wave my arms in the air for the attention of waiters, & I seen other tables are having the same issues, & its not even busy there.
The waiter who decided to serve me is probably the worst waiter there. He legit doesn't give a care about anything. Took the order & left, didn't say a single word. Did not even serve me any water after all these waiting.
I had to ask another waiter to serve me water.
My waiter finally returned with the food eventually & immediately left & I never seen him once. I had a pho & he didn't even bring me any sprouts or basil. I had to once again ask another waiter to bring me those.
Overall, it is pricier than the other option but it has a lot more interesting choice.

Le bún ch? de Hanoï ( Bún Ch? Hà N?i ) & le bún nem de la mer ( Bún Nem Cua B? )ici sont vraiment délicieux! Les saveurs sont bien balancées, les portions généreuses & il y a plein d'herbes fraîches en accompagnement - super satisfaisant!
L'endroit est propre, le service est rapide & le personnel est super gentil. Si tu veux découvrir des plats vietnamiens à Montréal, ce resto vaut vraiment le détour!

Je sais que c'est un bon restaurant vietnamien lorsque j'entends la bonne vieille musique vietnamienne en train de jouer. & je n'ai pas été déçu.
