Après la fermeture récente de notre restaurant vietnamien préféré, nous devions trouver un nouveau restaurant & nous avons été ravis de notre visite à Ho Guom.

Nous avons été très impressionnés par la qualité des plats & l'excellent service.

Nous avons opté pour les menus C5 & C14 & nous nous sommes régalés. Les portions étaient généreuses, les plats délicieux & le service impeccable.

Ce restaurant est maintenant devenu notre adresse vietnamienne de prédilection.

Quand le bouillon de la soupe Phô est délicieux, c'est bon signe en partant. & les rouleaux impériaux bien cuits & bien croustillants. Bien hâte de tout essayer. Beaucoup d'asiatiques dans le restaurant. Bon signe.

Closed for no reason on Sunday, with no notice or update online. Very disappointing, especially after making the trip there. Please update your hours if you're going to be closed unexpectedly.

EDIT: It was my favorite Viet restaurant but I was extremely disappointed with my last visit. The price has gone up but the quality has gone down. The chicken ph? now has a beef broth & not chicken broth. For a restaurant with the name from Hanoi most iconic place, they should have known better. It's not at all authentic & even the beef broth is extremely sweet of sugar.

I enjoyed everything here better than in their Montreal location. The escargot noodle soup is a must! The grilled fish with dill (Ch? cá La V?ng) is super tasty & not dry.

This place was great. It's a big dining room, & it's always busy. No matter how full it gets, the service is always efficient & professional. Everything I tried was delicious, & the portions are generous. The prices are a bit higher compared to other Vietnamese restaurants, but on Wednesdays the second main dish is 50% off (doesn't apply to appetizers). Overall, I really recommend this place for great Vietnamese food, & Hanoi specialties.

Seen this place for some time now & haven't had the opportunity to go until today. What I have to an say is that it very good. Pricier than my usual place, but it is a higher end restaurant than my usual spot. Bonus is, this place is a bring your own wine place. I look forward to coming back again.

Le meilleur restaurant vietnamien que nous venons de découvrir!
En plus d'avoir tous savouré notre repas, le personnel a été d'une gentillesse
incroyable avec un bon sens de l'humour. J'ai même eu un petit cours de prononciation vietnamienne. Nous recommandons définitivement ce restaurant!

First time here since it opened. My meal was amazing!!! The service is amazing & fast! I will definitely return!!!
The only'down side' is that it gets loud as everyone is chatting away.
