Maybe it's because it's a bit past noon, een though there are a couple of servers on the floor compared to the high number of customers, the waiters are slow to answer the needs of a table & slow to notice a table needs service. Young man with glasses is a bit cocky & offers poor service. I'm rather unimpressed both with the service & the quantity & quality of the noodles... especially when a bowl of pho is now $19. There is very little noodles for a big bowl of soup noodles even though the price is 19$ & it's the highest price in the area for vietnamese beef soup noodles i have seen. Less noodle & not as good of a quality as it used to, both for the quantity of noodles & beef in a bowl is less than before & the quality is not much better.
Service & food quality in this restaurant is very inconsistent. It changes depending if you come for lunch or supper. It feels as though has more attentive staff & better service. Very unimpressive for this visit unfortunately.

Best Vietnamese food I've eaten. The basil sauce was extraordinary. The soup was expertly prepared & full of savory thin sliced meat. Opt for the crunchy noodles - it's an absolute boon to the texture.
Everything was amazing, the food was great, the atmosphere was fantastic & the staff is just out of this world, felt like the staff were my childhood friend group. Definitely recommend, this place is a must especially with the prices, 30$ gets you an entree, a soup , a big meal & dessert with tea.
Food poisoning from intestines. They had a foul smell & smells bad. Vomitted & had stomach cramps. I think they did not properly clean the intestines. Other soup was good.

J'ai découvert cet endroit par hasard, c'est beau & propre & le service très rapide. Mais pour la nourriture, OMG j'ai pris la table d'hôte, petite soupe poulet & nouilles avec bouillon de Pho vraiment excellente. Avec 2 rouleaux impériaux dans les meilleurs que j'ai mangé. Mon plat principal était mon plat préféré, du poulet sauce aux arachides avec épinards croustillants. C'était tellement mais tellement bon!! & plus d'un café & dessert pour 30$ vraiment bon prix. Je vous le recommande tour avait l'air trop bon!
Excellent service du début à la fin. Nous n'avons manqué de rien &, surtout, nous n'avons rien eu à demander : tout était parfaitement anticipé.
La petite soupe en entrée était délicieuse, le C6 très bon, & la table d'hôte est servie en grosse assiette - généreuse & satisfaisante.
En plus, le restaurant est vraiment beau.
The food is good. There is also a variety to choose from. Very flexible when it comes to how I like my soup. The only bad thing is the service. The lady waiter who served us earlier gave us an attitude. She wasn't polite nor approachable. She raised up her voice when we added more food items on the order.
Also, there weren't any follow-ups. No water served. Nothing. Seems like they don't want people to dine in.
Vraiment un bon resto, beau, bon, pas cher. Apportez votre vin en plus! Des soupes au grillades, tout est excellents. Je recommande vivement. N'oubliez pas de réserver, surtout les soirs de week-end ! Le personnel est très sympathique.

Service impeccable. Nourriture excellente quoique j'ai un peu moins apprécié les boulettes dans ma soupe mais bon, c'est simplement une question de goût. J'ai eu l'occasion de goûté à d'autres plats & ils étaient tous délicieux.
Nous y sommes allés un vendredi soir vers 17h30. Nous voulions éviter le rush & donc on nous a offerts une table assez vite. On a choisi une table collé contre un paravent qui jouxtait la cuisine. J'avoue que je trouve les tables dans la salle un peu trop collés ce qui fait qu'il n'y a pas d'intimité. On entend facilement le voisin. Mais pour ce genre de resto, je le tolère. C'est un apportez votre vin ce qui sauve sur la facture. Nous avons pris la'table d'hôte' MAIS attention, il n'y a pas vraiment de choix de soupe. Soupe'Maison' &'légumes' est la même. J'ai beaucoup aimé cette soupe & le fait que les 2 entrées étaient très chaudes. Les rouleaux aussi étaient parfaits. J'ai pris la table'C3 & mon conjoint C7'. Rendu au plat principal, j'étais tanné d'avoir encore de la salade dans mon plat (soit vous le retirez du plat qui contient les rouleaux, soit vous modifiez la salade pour des légumes avec le plat principal). Mes 2 choix de viandes étaient bons & goûteux, le vermicelle était froid toutefois. Mon conjoint a payé un xtra de 2$ pour des nouilles croustillantes (d'autres restos ne charge pas pour ce choix) & après avoir goûté à son plat, nous avons été tous les 2 décus. Aucun goût. Fade. Ils devraient utiliser le poulet grillé comme dans le menu du C3 pour son C7. Bon, nous avions droit à un café & un dessert. On a demandé du café & la banane frite. Banane frite n'était pas comestible. Il y a eu une batch dans les épiceries ou même nous avons achetés des bananes & les avons jetés car tout le centre était noir. Nous ne l'avons pas mangé mais suggestion, prochaine fois, mettez du sirop d'érable en plus grande quantité. En ce qui concerne le café, après une attente de 5 minutes nous avons pu interpeller notre serveuse pour finalement se faire dire qu'il n'avait pas de café mais on nous offrait du thé. Mon conjoint a accepté...& un autre délai de 5 minutes avant qu'on interpelle de nouveau la serveuse qui avait oublié son thé. Une chose que je déteste dans ce style de restaurant tenu par des asiatiques, est qu'on a pas la délicatesse de m'amener ma facture à ma table. On attend que je me déplace au comptoir pour voir le prix finalement que je devrai payer. J'ai informé la personne au comptoir que vu le problème avec les bananes, ils auraient dû prévoir un autre dessert & qu'en plus, vous n'avez pas de café. J'ai donc payé pour 2 tables d'hôtes qui ne m'ont pas offert une'table d'hôte'. Il y a une grande demande dans ce genre de menu mais il y a aussi une grande offre de restos. J'ai déjà mangé mieux ailleurs & moins bons ailleurs. Donc, je ne sais pas si celui-ci vaut la peine d'y retourner.
The experience was somewhat underwhelming. We ordered a rice plate & a bowl of squid soup, but both dishes were unfortunately quite bland. Compared to their Jean Talon location, the flavors just didn't measure up-perhaps due to the absence of the owner (?), who is often present there & known for maintaining quality. I agree with others guests that this could be pricey : the protein portion sizes also felt small for the price, which makes the overall value hard to justify. Honestly, I would have rated this 1 star based on the food alone, but I don't want to hurt a small business. That said, I do feel it's important to be honest so others know what to expect.
